Are there good walkable neighborhoods in or around Broomfield? My wife and I are moving to Colorado from Japan, which is super-walkable / bikable. We kind of want to avoid the surburbia life; kind of a boring place for kids. Would you recommend the Flatirons place you mentioned right after Arista? Or any other areas you can recommend?
Easy access to parks, schools, where kids can meet, etc.
Hello thank you for your comment. Artist is the best spot for now. Flatirons has some apartments surrounding it the homes aren’t quite walking distance. Baseline will be the new hot spot in regards to walkable neighborhoods in Broomfield but it’s a good few years out.

Hello thank you for your comment. Most of the change that has come to Broomfield in the past two years and been in the baseline area just south of hwy 7 near I-25. Otherwise not much has changed in Broomfield in the last two years.
