Sir there is a huge error in the information of 6th fundamental right. Only Article 32 is fundamental right to constitutional remedy by moving the Supreme Court.
Whereas, Article 226 is High Courts writ jurisdiction which is "DISCRETIONARY" in nature. That means, High Courts' issues writs after deciding whether the situation requires a writ issuance or not and it's not compulsory unlike Supreme Court's writ jurisdiction under Article 32.
Therefore, only Article 32 comes under fundamental rights & not Article 226.
Refer to Laxmikanth, page 34.6, 6th edition.
