I am giving this game a well earned 9/10. I do love synthwave music, but I have a gripe in that I don't like some of the tracks in this particular game (listen to 80's overdrive to hear some truly amazing synthwave, I would play again and again just to listen, and there's no level here in Huntdown where a track stands out so much that I want to play it just for the music). I would have preferred some alternating electronic themes on a level here or there. Control and gameplay is absolutely brilliant. I guess I am not huge on needing to find suitcases to 100% it either, but that's not a major gripe. Right now I have played blind on hard for my very first run, and please don't laugh but I have put 11.5 hours in so far. I am up to the second last level. I decided to shut down before tackling it tonight and will sleep and finish it tomorrow. I am a bit concerned about the last two bosses, especially the very last one. I really hope I can do it after all the effort I have put in. I will never play badass but I might play it through on normal after I finish it so I can just cruise through and enjoy it lol. I also realised tonight that to 100% it, you have to complete ALL three tasks on every level. and I am not sure I can do some of the levels without dying. SO far I have done more than half without dying but there are some that get a life here or there out of me. Does anyone know, do I not get a proper ending unless I do every single objective?
