Well to fully translate this would be difficult, since he uses a couple impossible to translate puns and word play here. But the gist of it is that he makes a couple of jokes about the Dutch word for Ventriloquism which is is "Buikspreken" (Stomach speech) - He says that since he's speaking from his stomach he'll be keeping his trench coat closed so you can't see him doing so. - He points out that he's the ventriloquist and NOT the dummy. - He also gives a disclaimer that any resemblance his dummy has to anybody well known is purely coincidental. - During the first joke, he at some switches the call and response around, making the Dummy look at him with a "You got that wrong, idiot!" look. - When he says that he can perform ventriloquism while smoking a cigarette, he finds that he hasn't got any on him, so he asks for some from the orchestra pit. - But then he finds that he hasn't got a lighter, so he goes to the orchestra pit again but forgets his dummy. - His dummy gives the beans for forgetting him. That's basically what happens here.
