Maybe this plan will only be approved in India, first, there is no second exit, all building should have a rear entrance/exit, in case of fire and the main entrance is blocked by the fire, and the plan looks like a single story house, why the need for the stairs, where does it lead to? Please use some common sense.
There can be a terrace!
@@laxmijayaraman3705 No such thing as can be or could be, either it is there or not, the plan dont show any terrace, and a fire hazard without an emergency exit.
Learn to mark North Direction on your drawings first and don't confuse your viewers
