I love what you have done. But if I can make a suggestion. Put some thin shims to space the pinion gears out from the bearings. This way its not causing the OD of the bearing to spin in its case or rub the pinion gear. You'll probably get an RPM increase as well as greater life out of the bearings.

Great challenge I have seen all your videos and you have motivated me to build my project and I need some advice.
Pinion Motor and Bearings Gear what measurements are
and if you changed something at the end of the project regarding this.

I have RCs with 1.55 wheels, 1.9 wheels and 2.2 wheels and on all 3 different setups, I have the same 11T/32P pinion and 56T/32P spur. I have found this to be sufficent for my driving style.

The are 5 mm thick and 5 cm long and are made of steel. I wish I used stainless steel but.... thanks for watching :)
