Love the Fun Fridays! I also cracked up when you had to tell them ahead of time that they didn't need to write jokes for their siblings. Glad I'm not the only one who wants to write crazy things.
Thank you for sharing how you did the thankfulness writing pieces to each other. That was precious & I too appreciated your foresight to say no joking around about this. For birthdays, we, as a family, go around and tell the birthday person what we appreciate about them. It's really a valuable practice to verbalize our appreciations as well as to hear them from our immediate family members. I'm going to incorporate this into our homeschool this month of Thanksgiving now too! Thank you!
We do a 4-day learning week, with day #5 being anything from day trips, hiking or backyard fun. We still learn, but it's more on the fun side. They are great memories with the kids and this year the kiddos are choosing the majority of what the activities are. Later this month we are helping out on a family farm and then shadowing a biologist. Thank you for sharing what you do for fun friday. Hope all is well!!
I love it! Have you done a video about how you have done book club? I kinda want to do it with my kids and some friends and would love to learn how you’ve done it ☺️
We have a co-op once a week on Wednesdays but I also wanted an easier Friday, so I moved a few easier to-dos from Friday to our co-op day to be done afterward- math, cursive, and history read-aloud. That way we can have a lighter Friday + co-op day and still get everything done. My son loves it! We have plenty of time to play games and do other activities on Fridays. We use The Good and the Beautiful for math and LA and Sonlight for everything else. I love that they are made for 4-day weeks. Yay for homeschooling flexibility!
Have really enjoyed your videos and found them very helpful being new to homeschooling this year! Where do I find the Cyber Safety book and the Gratitude Letter template? We are currently doing the My Brother's Keeper study from Not Consumed and think the Gratitude Letter will be a great idea for our last day. Thanks again for all you do to encourage us homeschool mommy's!
Hey! So I was wondering if you have any resources on like teaching kids life skills not home, but insurance and things like that? Wouk have have been in the money book you had your daughter read?
Does your math not have 180 days or do you have extra lessons to catch up later for your older kids? Awesome fun Friday ideas! Ty for taking the time to share what all ugh do.
Literally so thankful for you sharing all of your disclaimers about being sincere, not peeking, etc!

Dear Ashlee,
Thank you for your videos. I am so encouraged by watching them in my homeschool journey.
❤
Are the Geography and grammar cards that you use to test on Fridays from TGAB? They look very handy to have. TIA!
Can you please tell me where you purchased the flashcards for reviewing the 50 States? Those would be a wonderful addition to our home school routine.
Love this! Thank you for sharing! Where is your sweater from!

No, she uses Shormann math, 100 lessons and 20 quizzes. So 120 in total.
Hi there. I found the video with the cyber safety book but cannot find it anywhere online. Who is it by and did you enjoy it?
How do you pick your read alouds?
Love your channel so much. Side note you favor Kate Middleton in this video😊
We do the same ♥️
