I loved my baby bump! I always had my hands on it! And I actually loved my stay in the hospital (so technically I was no longer pregnant but still!) Getting to know my babies for the first time, finally seeing what they looked like was amazing. And my hospital was da bomb lol.
Heart of the Batter with Jordin Sparks well...this isn’t a favorite but I remember not being able to eat hardly anything when I was pregnant with my daughter 5 years ago. and this time a year ago being pregnant with my son...I would say after I gave birth and we did skin to skin. There were things I didn’t or couldn’t do with my daughter that I was able to do with my son like skin to skin and breastfeeding!! I loved breastfeeding my son I wish I could have done so with my daughter. I honestly loved being pregnant even with the nausea and vomiting! I just think it’s a beautiful thing to be able to carry a child. God is amazing!! I pray I can do it one more time.

Little DJ is one of the cutest babies I have ever seen!!! I'm so happy for your little family of 3! My favorite part of being pregnant was watching my daughter roll from one side of my stomach clear over to the other. My husband and I just watched her with amazement, and it was so funny :) Also, while nursing her, I loved it when she would suddenly stop, look at me with a big smile, and then resume. it made my heart so full of joy!

Our stories are very similar. I slept a lot. I slowed down on cooking. But morning sickness got the best of me. I couldn't smell fried food, white rice, and eggs. It went away second trimester but acid reflux got the best of me all 9 months. My pregnancy was good, and a little scary, all at the same time. Motherhood is one of the greatest gifts ever. My little one changed my life.
Beautiful family. Sometimes fast relationships work out! We got together and 11 months in conceived our son. We were 19, he was planned. We were madly in love and completely ready. He was life changing for us, no regrets. Nothings changed relationship wise, we’re still as in love as we were, nearly 5 years later. Now we also have a 1 year old daughter... no more to come 😂 It is the best adventure we could ever experience. They give us a love we’ve never known. I can’t imagine life without them!
Yay DJ is a Taurus like me!! I loved everything with my pregnancies except for morning sickness and heartburn that sucked lol. There's something amazing about being pregnant and becoming a mother. Now I have two beautiful (and crazy 🤫) boys.
I have 4 kids so this might be a minute lol First born: Boy, my craving was ICE CREAM!!! Dairy Queen, Cold Stone, Baskin and Robbins, etc. Crazy memory EVERY time I heard I like the way you move by OUTKAST he would start moving or dancing. Lol No joke EVERYTIME. 2nd: Boy, craving was chicken wings, I don't consider it a craving because thats one of my favorite foods anyway. Lol this pregnancy was fairly easy. I went into labor at a Battle of the bands where my college BCU was battling my mamas college Tuskegee. My band had gone already but I told her my water broke and she said I would have to wait until they finished their performance. Lol 3rd: Girl, (finally) craving was seafood!!! And her nickname in my womb was boogie!!! This little girl did NOT sit still!!! I used to pray to God to put her to sleep for 5 minutes just to let me fall asleep. Lol 4th: Girl, fairly easy pregnancy, no really big cravings except for chocolate and candy bars. My favorite candy bar is a symphony bar with almonds and toffee. The giant size and I could go through 4 of them a day. This baby did not MOVE!!! Only when I nudged my belly a few times did she elbow me right back lol
@@914gwen Neither, I was completely fine!!! And what I mean by seafood is Snow Crab legs and shrimp. There was a crab house down the road from my house at the time. And each trimester it was craved more. By the time it got to my 3rd trimester I was eating 4 crab plates a day. And if my hubby didn't get it from the crab house he made me a seafood boil. Now that I think about it I feel sorry for him because seafood is EXPENSIVE LOL
I wish i could hear your birth story in full detail. When i was little i listened to nothing but you for like months on end and i love that you are still that person but in your own way. I wanna be a doula and live in a small town where they aren't common so it is difficult for me get the schooling and everything i need. I hope to make doula's a more common practice in labor because i feel that every wonan should have an empowering pregnancy and labor. I wish you and your little family all the love and peace in the world💙 keep it up! Cuz you guys rock as parents!!!

Congrats Jordin! DJ is truly one of the MOST gorgeous babies I've ever seen!!! My one (and only) pregnancy facts: Severe morning sickness (weight before pregnancy-104lbs; end first trimester-78lbs; delivery-98lbs) Cravings: burgers (I was always vegetarian, but craved WENDYS burgers, then NEVER ate another one after I delivered) Favorite part of pregnancy: my son would literally dig his feet up into my ribs and I could actually push on his toes (which BTW were completely visible through the kick) and when I would push on them he would do a complete 380 in my belly! MOST amazing feeling & sight all wrapped into one! Labor was 66 hours with no meds & I was so sick to the point of hallucinating, (poor little guy struggled to come out & I would come to learn the doctor's should have never let it go on that long, once he was out it took 3min to get a heartbeat on him and he did suffer developmental delays from delivery), BUT finally he arrived and our "new" life began!

My princess came early. My due date was Oct 17 and she came Sep 29, I had to have an emergency C-section. I'm so beyond grateful for her. She is one now and gets into everything, Lol. mine was a surprise too and it was an amazing experience.. i used to sleep so much.. especially during my 2nd trimester.. i had a c-section tho'.. but all was well.. i got a lovely baby boy who is 1 year one month now. his walking and its fun being a mum. his my little bundle of joy.. and yes,, i had alot of morning sickness.. probably through out the entire day until wen i gave birth. wat an experience. !!

I forgot to share a memory of my own pregnancy, I was 19 when i fell pregnant & 20 when I gave birth. I gave my child up for my aunty & uncle to raise due to family issues & inner issues I personally had within myself. The hardest decision of my life! This was all during my 'Pre Jesus' lifestyle. oh lawwwd!! hehe. I had a lot of growing up to do & finding true love within myself but knowing Gods love was inside me!! Anyways, a memory i had of my pregnancy is chewing alot on cold ice, plus I hated the smell of meat. I had to take tablets for my iron issues. haha. My pregnancy wasn't the easiest & was hard but now being 29 years old, single, follower of Christ & thankful for each day.. I'm grateful I was given the greatest blessing to carry a baby boy despite the struggle of it all. Nothing happens coincidentally, God knows it all. I'm about to celebrate my 30th birthday themed, THIRTY & THANKFUL. God is faithful 😍

Congratulations on your sweet bundle of happiness. Since I became a mami I cannot and do not want to picture my life any other way. I have two beautiful boys and each of my labor experiences were different. My first was a 18 hour labor natural and my second was shorter with epidural. But once they arrived I was filled with love and joy and I felt my heart grow instantly. I am in love with being their mami. *Kimberly Payne* Funny, same thing happened to me when I was pregnant, I was obsessed with rice krispy treats ....and the toy store I worked at had bagfuls which I used to take home. It seems as though I craved everything vanilla..and loved the vanilla energy protein drinks, which I'd drink every morning. It's odd because I never had interest in them before then.

I LOVED being pregnant! i got really lucky and had absolutely no morning sickness, no health issues & my stomach was small throughout my whole pregnancy which doctors became a lil concerned about towards the end, but my baby was born about 4 days late at a healthy weight & i did not get any stretch marks as a result! my labor was about 5 hours, and I pushed for about 20 minutes... i did get an epidural which made it a lot easier and I did tear a bit which was uncomfortable afterwards...but overall it was a pretty painless experience! before getting pregnant, i was terrified thinking of what it would be like and all the complications that can happen, c-sections and sadly even death in some cases.... but thank god it was easy!! (having a baby on the other hand is hard..being sleep deprived really takes a toll on you!) i wish every women would have an easy time with labor, because we struggle enough in life as is!!!! and if your reading this and are currently pregnant, just remember that we are meant for this and you can do it!!! have a safe & easy delivery and a happy & healthy beautiful baby!!! :)

mine was a surprise too and it was an amazing experience.. i used to sleep so much.. especially during my 2nd trimester.. i had a c-section tho'.. but all was well.. i got a lovely baby boy who is 1 year one month now. his walking and its fun being a mum. his my little bundle of joy.. and yes,, i had alot of morning sickness.. probably through out the entire day until wen i gave birth. wat an experience. !!

Ommgg!! I nearly fainted seeing your response 😭😭 loll. Thank you for making time to respond back.. I forgot to share a memory of my own pregnancy, I was 19 when i fell pregnant & 20 when I gave birth. I gave my child up for my aunty & uncle to raise due to family issues & inner issues I personally had within myself. The hardest decision of my life! This was all during my 'Pre Jesus' lifestyle. oh lawwwd!! hehe. I had a lot of growing up to do & finding true love within myself but knowing Gods love was inside me!! Anyways, a memory i had of my pregnancy is chewing alot on cold ice, plus I hated the smell of meat. I had to take tablets for my iron issues. haha. My pregnancy wasn't the easiest & was hard but now being 29 years old, single, follower of Christ & thankful for each day.. I'm grateful I was given the greatest blessing to carry a baby boy despite the struggle of it all. Nothing happens coincidentally, God knows it all. I'm about to celebrate my 30th birthday themed, THIRTY & THANKFUL. God is faithful 😍

Congratulations on your sweet bundle of happiness. Since I became a mami I cannot and do not want to picture my life any other way. I have two beautiful boys and each of my labor experiences were different. My first was a 18 hour labor natural and my second was shorter with epidural. But once they arrived I was filled with love and joy and I felt my heart grow instantly. I am in love with being their mami. I also enjoyed listening to you and your story it is simply beautiful thank you for sharing.

*Kimberly Payne* Funny, same thing happened to me when I was pregnant, I was obsessed with rice krispy treats ....and the toy store I worked at had bagfuls which I used to take home. It seems as though I craved everything vanilla..and loved the vanilla energy protein drinks, which I'd drink every morning. It's odd because I never had interest in them before then.

I’m 23 weeks & I crave crab legs allll the time & I had never had them prior to pregnancy!
I LOVED being pregnant! i got really lucky and had absolutely no morning sickness, no health issues & my stomach was small throughout my whole pregnancy which doctors became a lil concerned about towards the end, but my baby was born about 4 days late at a healthy weight & i did not get any stretch marks as a result! my labor was about 5 hours, and I pushed for about 20 minutes... i did get an epidural which made it a lot easier and I did tear a bit which was uncomfortable afterwards...but overall it was a pretty painless experience! before getting pregnant, i was terrified thinking of what it would be like and all the complications that can happen, c-sections and sadly even death in some cases.... but thank god it was easy!! (having a baby on the other hand is hard..being sleep deprived really takes a toll on you!) i wish every women would have an easy time with labor, because we struggle enough in life as is!!!! and if your reading this and are currently pregnant, just remember that we are meant for this and you can do it!!! have a safe & easy delivery and a happy & healthy beautiful baby!!! :)
