I feel that same way when I listen to this premium version of "Sweet Freedom." I felt somber when I was about to graduate from Control Data Institute for completing the Office Technology course on May 31, 1988. That year was the first time I heard "Sweet Freedom." Graduating from school was my grave time, because the job search was difficult for me to successfully pursue a new career in word processing. It felt like riding the regular local buses with the public, knowing that the passengers would deboard the bus at nearly every bus stop along the avenue. What a ritual it is! I enjoyed the Doobie Brothers much more when I bought my own Pioneer high-fidelity stereophonic components system.

Cool movie. Cool song. I saw Michael McDonald with the Doobie Brothers in Pittsburgh in July. They were fantastic. They sounded just as good as I remember them from the 70's when they played at the Civic Arena. I do love their sound and especially their southern rock sound. As I've said in the past, I dearly love soundtracks to movies and TV shows. And this one has never disappointed. Loved the movie when I saw in the theater as well. ❤💙🤍💥
