I'm new to the game and trying to figure out how it works but I have a question about the cards. I bought the Greyjoy Heroes I today but the cards for Balon Greyjoy say "The Kraken King" and don't have that same ability that you display. Where do I get the different ability cards/characters?
This was supposed to be part of Episode 2, but I've never gotten around to finishing it! In the meantime: The War Council App for iPhone or Android has all the current cards, or for printable versions, you can find them on CMON's Song of Ice and Fire site at asoiaf.cmon.com/docs. I would hold off on printing anything at this point until after August 20, 2024, which is when a new rules update is supposed to be released.
Im so insulted, the first character I wanted to play was Tywin, second was Euron! LOL inspired by TV in the former, book in the latter. I agree with most of your takes. I would personally say that Martell's are the hardest of the 'main forces'(not counting Bolton and Neutrals) I say this, because imo most of the Martell stuff, to be super viable, works off of reacting from your opponents actions, which I always think is the hardest thing for new players. You barely know your rules, let alone your opponents.
Not sure if this was shot with a cell phone or something but the audio is terrible. I could not sit through it. The high pitched screeching sounds punctuated with lows so low your voice just drops whole words sometimes. It made the video unwatchable.

100% agree, definitely a useful video but it was hard to understand as it felt like a poor audio zoom meeting.
