I'm glad you enjoyed the Twilight series. And there's no doubt it was a phenomenon in publishing and has fans everywhere. I'm still glad I'm reading them, because I am finding things in the books I do enjoy, even though I struggle to enjoy much of it. And I have to say, I did watch an interview with Stephenie Meyer recently, and she comes across as a very down to earth and humble person. I was surprised by that. With the amount of fame the books would have provided, I didn't expect that level of humility.
@@TheHonestBookReviewer I’ve never seen a full interview with her. I’ll have to check it out :)! You know I must say that Eclipse was my least favorite book and movie in the series (Bella annoyed me in that book allot ). Do you have Midnight Sun ? It’s Twilight but in Edward’s point of view . I have it but I have yet to read it.
No I don't have that one. I have Breaking Dawn, which I'm yet to read. Then I'll jump onto Midnight Sun. Definitely check out an interview with her some time. I watched one on TH-cam, and I think it may have been from a DVD release or something similar.
Pleased to see a video from you! A good reading month but quite mixed. I'm still on the hunt for a great series to replace Sue Grafton. I've got so many on the go but nothing that matches up.
I do like to read across genres.😊 I'm not sure what to recommend to replace Sue Grafton. There are other great series out there, but none I'm aware of that have that same feel.
I've just finished one of your standalone rec's; The Woman in the Library. What a book! I'll let you know my thoughts if you do a full review. I need to track down your other recommendation now, the short Robert Goddard series.
I'm so pleased to hear you liked The Woman in the Library! I have recorded review for the book, I just need to get it ready for release. I do fall behind on releasing my reviews.
I am enjoying The Mortal Instruments series a lot more that I thought I would. I'm interested in what you think of the next two books in the first trilogy. I do plan to read all of Cassandra Clare now.
@@TheHonestBookReviewer So I had the city of bones book for over 10 years and only made it to page 100 during that time. Finally a few months ago I got the audiobook and finished it . I liked it enough to want to read more in the series . I heard the prequel to this series Clockwork Angel is even better. You have convinced me to start reading it again.
New Moon was my favorite in the Twilight series ❤ The books get a lot of hate but I think they are fun . Especially the movies .

Oh, I hope you enjoy them on the retry. I'm slowly borrowing them from the library, but I'm excited to read more, including the prequels.
The Cuckoo's Calling crime fiction novel written by J. K. Rowling, and published under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith.
That's correct. It is a pseudonym.
