    Then again that means the visitors visa is hard and not advisable to take....

    • @eniola_a
      @eniola_a  14 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yayy! I’m so glad you enjoyed watching! Hmm in my opinion visitors Visa is actually easier to get, Olu’s point was that you cannot work or get your residency through a visitors visa.
      All it allows you to do is visit. So if you want to start a life in Canada and move here, visitors Visa is not the way.

    Please can you explain more how you can change from student to pr

    • @eniola_a
      @eniola_a  15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      To the best of my knowledge it is still based on how many points you’re able to rack up as of when you’re still a student. So the first step is to calculate your points on the IRCC website using their CRS tool.
      Here are a few things that give you points; your age range, family already in Canada, a second degree or French as a second language. I actually applied for my PR while still a student cause I had a professional qualification (ACCA) that counted as a second degree and my sister lived in Canada. However, due to delays caused by COVID I didn’t get my PR until I was done with school. I’d say still give it a try and see if you have enough points to apply.
