If you remove the top nut of the rear strut first. And then the bottom one last. The strut will separate and come out in pieces no problem.
Can't wait to finally see the NC on the road!
Brilliant TH-cam thanks, good to see how it's done , fronts look easy , but backs?. What a pain ? Lol
That was excellent, thanks for the video. Gonna reference it when i install my coilovers.
Genuinely curious on how this miata is doing! I would love an update, just found your channel and have been watching your NC stuff :)
This is very helpful! Just one thing: the front a-arm needs to be tightened with the car on the ground, otherwise the bushings will be twisted and the front of the car will sit higher than it should be!
How can you tighten it with the wheels on ?
@@KevinSmith-xt8xrdon’t do it with the wheel on. Jack up the hub with a hockey puck on it to put a load on it
hows the suspension feel?
You tighten the lugs when the car jacked up or on the ground?
Best would be to start jacked up just to put the wheel flat on the hub then thighten and torque it on the down
Can't beleive how much miata parts cost. Just a generic strut at Autozone is like $175
