Everyone starts from basic courses like Diploma and Btech and there are only few government organisations left who allows Btech and higher educations eligible for applying for the posts. If someone is not able to crack exam and doing higher education side by side then there is nothing wrong in it. If they will not be allowed to sit in technical examination then where they will go. Its all about your knowledge and your preparation and not your degree. Thank you.
