As far as I understood, the imperfections from the Linear Buckling Analysis ( LBA) is carried into further static analysis, which essentially is a non-linear buckling analysis right ? So, how can we extract the critical buckling load in the non-linear case for this example ( cylinder under external pressure) ? For a force load, I could plot force vs displacement curve. For a pressure load case I am unable to extract critical buckling pressure in a non-linear analysis. Please help!!
