I drove thru this tunnel couple of weeks ago on my way to Florida. I was stuck in it for approximately 30 minutes due to traffic. Anxiety started setting in because of it. On my way back I opted for that Bay bridge in Africatown. Much less anxiety going that way.
Aww can't wait till me & my husband goes back to visit his hometown Mobile Alabama...💯👌🏾👈🏾
My hometown. I used to love riding thru the Bankhead as a kid back in the ‘80s.

And much less traffic 😅😅😅
Everyone in the south knows you're supposed to hold your breath the whole tunnel drive, or at least Louisiana folks do.
I got in traffic in it one time and couldn’t hold it. Bad luck all 2020.
Why so?
Michael bad luck if you can’t hold it.
I would blackout
Or you can have a panic attack the entire time like me.
That’s literally about 5 times the length of time I wish to be in a tunnel. 😳🙄🤣
Me and my cousin walked on the USS Alabama.
I’ve went in the tunnel
Same.
I was going from Florida to Houston.
I was in mobile not too long ago and I went on the uss Alabama and went through the other side of that tunnel
Lmao I held my breath all the way through
Why?
@Michael. The tunnel goes below a pond of water type thing.

Don't let the brown water stains streaking down the white walls frighten you. It doesn't leak much.
Isn’t that in passcagoula
