This controller keeps water below a high water mark only ~ 2CM, but you can adjust by mounting M3 screws at the legs. I am designing another one that can go between low water mark of 0.5CM to high water mark if 2CM.
The ring for the other design where both the low level and high level can be controlled by sealing the air hole at the top of the float valve case where the ring is connected to. It's still in development, not too reliable at the moment.

How much pressure can it withstand? Will you need to replace the silicone tape after using it for a long time?
It will be fed by a 4mm diameter pipe, so not much pressure. Yes silicon take may need to be replaced
