Thank you for this video. I just bought my first Hobonichi Weeks Mega and it should be here tomorrow-I can’t wait! I bought a cover for it and a leather wallet holder to keep it in. I’m very excited. I think I’ll be using it for a mood tracker as well as a health tracker, along with my appointments. The only thing is that I don’t like how tiny the grid is. I may switch to a planner with a bigger grid but I don’t know yet. Anyway, good video!

You’re welcome! Once you’ve start using your Hobonichi weeks, you can adjust as you go and as you finish it, you be able tell if you’ll continue with the size or its time to get a different one. Have fun!

You can buy ink blotter paper sheets and cut to fit your weeks. Goulet pens sells them in a5 size. I use the sheet in my cousin

yes, I've done that now on the J. Herbin blotting paper and pretty much made one for all of my lifebooks.

I love your monthly spreads so much. I have been looking for the petit deco rush but haven't found it yet for myself. Thanks for the great video!

Thank you! If you’re in the US, you can probably try Yoseka or Jetpens. If not, you can also check Amazon or maybe your local stationery shop.

I love how you use your monthly section!
This year I'm using a regular Weeks for my health journal. (I have also copied some ideas from Penguins Creative, but the Body/Mind pages just didn't work for me.) I keep track of what I eat on left side of the weekly section, dividing it into thirds so I have a square for each meal. On the right I've blocked off 6 squares on the left side of the page for each day to keep track of sleep, weight, water, and steps, then the rest of the page I use for notes. (Any symptoms, lunch dates, doctor notes, etc.)
I could never figure out what to do with the monthly section. Seeing how you use it, I had an ah-hah moment! Instead of drawing in my boxes each week, I can just record sleep, weight, water and steps on the monthly page!! It will also give me a better overview of how I'm doing.
Thank you so much for the inspiration! 😊
