  • While just a few combos come from Hazure's Twitter in comparison to Kamikaze (The 1st and 3rd .[both modified]) I still feel he deserves a mention.
    / kamikaze2mb
    / hazure0106
These combos are not beginner friendly and most of them are meant to end a round or deal damage before a burst. They are not BnB's (except the 1st and 2nd to a certain extend)
PS: Really sorry for using a weird notation system. Wanted to use arrows and lost some stuff along the way (!, [] and whiffs)
-Combos in Numpad Notation & Notes
    -Segment 1
    Combo 1:
Did I say that they are not beginner friendly?...
    5AAC3C 214A 6623C-2C 66 2C5D 214A 2366B-236B-236B 66 214D (66)5B2C 28j.C 8j.C 623D-2C
    Combo 2:
    5AAC3C 214A 6623C-2C 66 2C14A-2A 665C 236B-236B-236B 6623D-2C
    Combo 3:
    B+C 665C236B-236B-236B 66 214D 2C5D 2D 214A 66214A-8A 2C 632147896B (66)3C 632146D
    Phantom Pain Combos
    Combo 4:
    669j.A 623C (RC) (OD) j.[D], 665[D]66 2C 5D 6[D] 2366B-236B-236B 6632146D
    Combo 5:
Can be universal but depends to much on timing on 2C 5D to hit. Better use it against character with low air hitboxes (Litchi, Bullet, Tao etc).
    214A-8A 665C23C-2C(Whiff) (66) 2C 5D 2D (OD) (66) 2[D] 5[D]66 6[D] 9j.[D] 632146B, 632146D
    Combo 6:
Back to the wall or near the wall. 2366B makes hitting the Rekka after Phantom Pain easier. Divine Reaper should be executed with 66 at the end as well.
    66 214A-8A 2144B-214B-214B66 236D (66) 1C (OD) (66) 2C 5D 2[D] 4[D] 236A 4123644D
    Combo 7:
Same comment about 2366B made at Combo 6.
    214A-8A 2366B-236B-236B66 214D 2C 5D 2D 6D [CT] 5D 2D 214A 66 214D 66 2C 412364D
    FC Rekka starters
    Combo 8:
I find -236C8 214A comfortable, but -236C 2148A can also be applied. Does not work on Naoto & Noel.
    236B(Whiff)-236B(FC)-236C8 214A-8A 665C 2C 6D 214A66 214D 2366B-236B-236B66 214D 2C 5D 2D 6D 214A 6623D-2C
    Combo 9:
Delay 2D after the first 2C. Augments tech time.
    236B(Whiff)-236B(FC)-236B 5B6B 2C 2D 6[D] 5C 5D 214A 66214D 44 2C36A-8A (66)5C 28j.C 8j.C 623D-2C
    Combo 10:
Same comment about 2D in Combo 9. More dependent on timing for 2D 5[D] to connect but provides +49 DMG.
    236B(Whiff)-236B(Whiff)-236B(FC) 5B6B 2C 2D 5[D] 66A 2D 214A 66214D 44 2C36A-8A (66)5C 2C 28j.C 8j.C 623D-2C
    Punishes & Burst Baits
    Combo 11:
Again, 2366B makes j.C and Rekka easier to connect.
    6D 9[4] j.C, 2366B236B-236B 66214D 2C 5D 2D 6D 214A 66214A-8A 665C 623D-2C
    Combo 12:
Again, 66 at the end makes Divine Reaper easier to connect.
    5D (OD) (66) 5[D] 2[D]66 214D 4123644D
    Combo 13:
Again, 5C 623C-2C(Whiff) is a link better used against Characters with low air hitboxes.
    2C 9[4] j.C, (66)5A2C14A-8A 665C23C-2C(Whiff) 2C 5D 2D 662C36B-236B-236B 6623D-2C
    Combo 14:
Delay 2[D] after (RC) for the opponent to be airbourne.
    (OD) (66)5C 5[D] 2[D]66 214D (RC) 2[D] 5[D] 6[D] 214A 2366B-236-236B 6623D-2C
    Combo 15:
Same comment 2[D] after (RC) in Combo 14
    (OD) (66)5C [5D] 2[D]66214D (RC) 2[D] 5[D]66 2[D] 5[D] 214A 2366B-236B-236B 66214A-8A 421D-2C
    Combo 16:
(Delay 2[D] You get the point...)
    (OD) (66)5C 5[D] 2[D]66 214D (RC) 2[D] 5[D]66 2[D] 5[D]66 2[D] 5[D] 6[D] (EA)
    Combo 17:
Exclusive to some moves like Naoto's DP or Terumi's Counter super. (Forgot to record a Punish combo example after 9[4])
    6[D] 9[4] 66j.C, (66)2C 6D 214A 2366B(Whiff)-236B-236B 66214D 2C 5D 6D 214A 66214A-8A 5C 2C 28j.C 623D-2C
    Divine Reaper Reversal
    Combo 18:
    Forgot to add 66 at 214D 66 2C in the video :^)
    632146D (RC) 66 214D 662C14A-8A 445C214B-214B-214B66 236D 5B 2C 28j.C 8j.C 421D-2C
    Combo 19:
Input 66214D after the end of 214A66 to add the reach necesary.

Numpad Notation & Notes in the description
Edit: The last combo does *5759* damage, not 4759 & this combo (4:17) does *3789* not 4789. "My B"

The toughest parts for me in a Naoto combo are the 214A~6623C-2C > 2C ... and 214A~6623C-2C > 662C ... the part after Phantom Pain with 665C ... I can almost always get consistently. It's literally everything else he does involving micro-dashing attacks, that's the difficult part.

Sway>enDP and 662C (after ~>2C whiff) are as hard as it gets with Naoto. You'll have to grind, understand and apply buffer timings there :/
Doing a regular 2C (or grinding 662C follow up) can be achieved easily training vs Bullet. If you whiff the ~>2C you get the 2C after guaranteed, if it hits her low hitbox you won't and it also indicates that you wouldn't have had time to hit a 662C either.

That instant EnDP notation is so weird

Now for the First time ever in bbtag characters from central fiction (except hibiki and izanami) are going to Xbox, this is soo amazing.

Well im really struggle a lot at micro dashing 2C after 66214D.....
it needs a perfect timing to hit

In combos starting AAC3C to the 214 A dash cancel, can 3 C be replaced with 5C? I know the dash cancel works with both, but I want to know if using 5C instead of 3C would have an effect on. The rest of the combo.

You can't, if you do 5C instead of 3C, you won't get a launch and 623C will send lower. Thus, you won't be able to whiff j.2C on some characters or it will get very hard to. Honestly, this comment is super late so I don't think I will help as you might already know it

I picked up naoto a couple of days ago and he’s pretty cool and I found this vid. I’m kinda struggling with the first one. It’s when I dp and whiff the follow up. Is there like a certain timing for me to whiff the follow up?

    • @BurstRecap
      @BurstRecap  2 ปีที่แล้ว

The first combo is one of the hardest in Naoto's repertoir. The first combo requires you to do the 3C-enCDP as quickly as possible, after that you gotta whiff the 2C as late as possible so you have time to buffer 662C. I don't recommend doing this combo as a main option. You got more combos on Naoto's dustloop wiki or (for more specific questions) on the Naoto discord (link also avalaible on the dustloop page)!

Do you play with pad or stick?

    • @BurstRecap

Pad, but the ones who posted these combos on Twitter use Stick, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
