I recently got myself the impulse 61 but it keeps disconnecting from my DAW if I stop touching it after about 5mins I wanna know why?

@RobProducertech Hey thank you very much for your response! I am using FL Studio 10 and I am searching for a Keyboard in this price range. The Impulse seams great but I am worried that it could have compability problems on FL Studio.

I dont know what to get either this Novation Impulse 61 key or the Arturia Analog Experience 61 key yet the Novation has the 8 drum pads i still dont know But does the Nova have the sound ability of the Arturia.. help is much needed!

Hi. Im having problem with my impulse. While using it at some point its LCD display freezes and there is no further feedback, however all faders/sliders are operational. I can still control my DAW but there is no LCD feedback what Im controling at certain time. Please help.

very nicely done video.. ive been looking into getting one, ive never really composed music before, but im really into trance and harder dance type music.. and would love to start making my own beats. Ii would be running it on PC not mac.. and i can use the impulse by itself to produce tracks like i wont need to buy anything else would i.. and it comes with all the software aswell i take? ive got some seinheiser headphones but i guess il have to move my surround sound into the room too?

Does the Automap Server means, that I first have to set up everything with Automap and that Automap always has to be on? I would like a Keyboard in that price range but I don't like that Automap "feature".

Hey I have a question, I have a akai mpk 61 and I love it besides the actual velocity for the keys. Its quite, I guess horrible and makes it difficult to play expressively. How are the keys and the velocity for the impulse? I'm thinking about switching

Hello Rob, I don't know if you can help me, have you tested the Roland a800pro too?
I want to buy a MIDI controller and I can't decide between the Novation impulse 61 or the Roland a800pro.
My equipment is New imac, Presonus studiolive 16.0.2.

Hello, Please, i need help to chose midi.As for me i am going to play rather music, from classic to music from films . I have near 600-700 dollars.What keyboards could you advice? What can you say about Novation Sl Mk 2, Novation Impulse and about m-audio keyboards. So what models could you advice?? What model is the best for 600-700 dollars
And one more little question, i saw the price of Novation Sl Mk2 and Novation Impulse, and the last one was cheaper then Sl Mk2 by 180 dollars, Why???

soo the automap is pretty much useless? i want to control mostly every parameter of my plugins and i still find it difficult inside a daw. how is the sl mk2 different? that in-ableton mapping is not a great option because u have to do it every time or make templates which is not very practical.
