Elvis went from being a singer to a King innovative, and there a musical legend for his genius and talent, for me the best. Elvis was all part of the transformation of post-war and he brought much happiness to teens and help them feel part of it. It's something that should be taken intoaccount too.
From his first LP post army recorded in 1960. I still have the LP I purchased in 1960 complete with photos of The King during his military service in Germany. I can't recall the source, but the LP was recorded in one night. Also, note how smooth an 'older' Elvis' voice has become.
