Why do these awakenings and revivals end? Why do they blow up? People just do not do what the word of God says. Oh, they read it once or twice but they do not DO what it says! Ephesians 4:11-13 says that God appointed in the church apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers for the equipping of the saints for ministry, until we all come into the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Yes, we are supposed to have the Holy Spirit doing signs and wonders but the people who God set in the church to bring those who got saved into spiritual maturity are not doing what they are called to do! Those people that got saved are never discipled! Those babies in Christ are never prepared for the assault of the enemy that will come! The churches that are the result of some of these revivals are staffed by people who themselves are not spiritually mature! Oh, they may have had a real spiritual experience and even spoke to Christ himself face to face but they have never been discipled by Holy Ghost empowered people who God has appointed to bring them to maturity. Many are not even in the right position in the church! So what do they do?? They have no depth of spiritual maturity and do not hear the voice of the Holy Spirit for themselves and for the church so they organize that church. What is a church? There were no church buildings in the Bible! The church is a meeting of the called out ones. The early church was just believers meeting together in homes and seeking the Lord and ministering to one another by the power of the Holy Spirit. . So these “pastors” organize the gathering of believers. They take up the form of what thousands of other dead modern Christian churches are doing. They organize the Spirit of God right out of they’re meetings! It is just a form of godliness but they deny the power. The Holy Spirit is the life giver of the church. The Holy Spirit is the one who gives anointings to the leadership who are SUPPOSED TO PASS THAT ANOINTING ON TO THE REST OF THE CHURCH. Preachers love to condemn the Corinthian church as sinful and carnal and but those people had more spiritual gifts flowing than any modern Christian church! 1 Corinthians 14:26 “WHENEVER you come together EACH ONE OF YOU has a psalm, has a doctrine, has a tongue, a revelation! Let all things be done to edification of the body!” People are supposed to be coming together full of the anointing and ready and willing to minister what the Lord has given to them since the last time they were together. What we do today is come together to get a pep talk from the pastor! No one has spiritual gifts or very few do! Why? Because no one is DOING what is written! The instructions are in the word of God! We are told in Ephesians 6 that we are in a war but we are not warring against people! We are in a spiritual battle! The Spirit of God tells us how to deal with these attacks of the enemy! Everyone hears a teaching of some form of the armor of God but very few stick with those scriptures to receive revelation knowledge of just what is being said there!! It is the revelation of what Christ accomplished in his sufferings, death, resurrection, and his return to heaven that will give people the faith to stand against all the fiery darts of the enemy! The helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, etc., are the parts that protect us but God gave us TWO offensive weapons with which to beat the enemy! The sword of the spirit AND “praying at all times with all ALL kinds of prayer and supplication IN THE SPIRIT!” Why did we not do these things?? The body has not been properly trained for the war that they are being sent out into! Every believer is going to be attacked by the enemy! It may be sickness. It may be a rebellious child. It could be the family turning against you and your new found godliness. There are hundreds of ways that believers are attacked and people are powerless to defend themselves against those attacks, not because God has not provided a way of escape but because his people perish for lack of SPIRITUAL knowledge. They have not been shown how to grow up spiritually. The mind is part of the soul and it is unregenerate. The mind has to be brought into subjection to the word of God! We must cause the soul (the mind, will, and emotions) to comply with the spirit persons that we are. That is only accomplished with prayer in the spirit and meditation upon the word of God. Yes, you do have time to seek the Lord for yourself because if you do not you will be ripped apart by the enemy one way or another! Remember how you felt when you first received the baptism of the Holy Spirit? Hopefully you felt the presence of the Lord. That presence of the Lord must be maintained by fellowshipping with the Holy Spirit and seeking the Lord in his word. The word must be put in the spirit, not just the head! There are many who can quote scripture but few can speak it out from the spirit within. When that word of God is spoken as a sword of the spirit it is powerful. The Lord said that his word ms are spirit and that they are life. Those words are spiritual words and must operate out of that born from above spirit! All of this is what the leadership that God appointed in the church is supposed to be passing on to the young Christians. They are supposed to be training them up. Sadly, because the leadership has never grown up spiritually themselves they simply organize. They fill up every minute of a meeting of believers so that we do not have to realize that the Spirit of God is absent. We practice our godliness but have no power because the Holy Spirit is the Lord of the church and he is not invited to our meetings and we have no time for him between meetings. May God have mercy on us and open the eyes of our spirits and flood us with the light of his revelation knowledge! Lord, please give us godly sorrow for our failings and sin. Godly sorrow that brings true repentance which gives life, not the sorrow of the world that brings death.

I don't get into gossip but I am a qualified watchman on the wall with a heart after God as much as anyone in here. Roberts Liardon is a reviler. He needs to deal with this before he continues his ministry. He should share his testimony of his fall and how he fell, as an act of faith in God's love and forgiveness. He ha not done this, and he mocks people. Inadvertently, he leads Christians astray by his manor (example). The first and foremost duty of a Christian - and especially one of God's Generals - is to get his heart right. He knows and teaches a lot of truth, however his heart is not right with God. This is clear in this sermon as he mocks people. It is written, that revilers shall not inherit the Kingdom of God. Prayers are indeed needed for this man.
I strongly disagree with you.....an error or mistake doesn't mean he has fallen from grace....what matters most is the fact that he got back on his feet and he is moving on in the grace...and please try to understand this the world isn't interested in your beautiful sermon nor your charismatic character rather they are waiting to hear that you fell...so we Christians shouldn't be like that because we are not of the world
Beloved I really can't say a yes or a no to that but I actually think it will be very nice if probably you could send him a personal message with a softer tone I think he will love to speak with you. I for one know the pain a man of God faces after an error, there is shame and at the same time that very man of God will still want to speak from his heart against the things that are wrong.....I have a believe that falling into a sin doesn't mean you should become covered up with guilt all through your life and won't even have the slightest courage to speak against what you know is wrong because you are afraid that people would make reference to yours........ I believe once you've repented God blots it out then stretches His hand to pull you up...... Please just take it more easy with him and have a one on one conversation with him. I think he will explain better to you because what is worth is where we spend our eternity, not whether a man of God falls or not, reviles or not.
Fast and Pray for this brother... He is a human being. I have heard him make reference to his fall. Some of his personal pain. What the main sin was is not my business. The words from mouth are from God. I'm sure he has repented between him and the Lord. As it should be. We do not know how this brother suffers. How he walks with the Lord in privet. He has done something no one else on earth had done. Gods Generals the History of this part of the church was left silent for years. All of the books he has written. What have you or I done for the Lord on such a level. No one stands perfect before the Lord. We all need forgiveness and the Love of God. Pray for him and leave the rest to the Lord. why write all those books? That is not of God. Read the Bible which the great generals read mostly. Too many books make you stupid. Read Bible mostly. Smith wigglesworth read only the Bible.
There are people in the Bible who wrote books, and not all of them became scripture. Paul didn't say just read the Bible (which in those days was just the Old Testament) don't read my letters. One prophet was told to write the vision down. Luke was writing an orderly account and he saw value in it even though he was not setting out to write inspired scripture. And why is hearing a preacher's message ok but not reading it?

Roberts Liardon is a reviler. He needs to deal with this before he continues his ministry. He should share his testimony of his fall and how he fell, as an act of faith in God's love and forgiveness. He ha not done this, and he mocks people. Inadvertently, he leads Christians astray by his manor (example). The first and foremost duty of a Christian - and especially one of God's Generals - is to get his heart right. He knows and teaches a lot of truth, however his heart is not right with God. This is clear in this sermon as he mocks people. It is written, that revilers shall not inherit the Kingdom of God.
Prayers are indeed needed for this man.
I strongly disagree with you.....an error or mistake doesn't mean he has fallen from grace....what matters most is the fact that he got back on his feet and he is moving on in the grace...and please try to understand this the world isn't interested in your beautiful sermon nor your charismatic character rather they are waiting to hear that you fell...so we Christians shouldn't be like that because we are not of the world

Beloved I really can't say a yes or a no to that but I actually think it will be very nice if probably you could send him a personal message with a softer tone I think he will love to speak with you. I for one know the pain a man of God faces after an error, there is shame and at the same time that very man of God will still want to speak from his heart against the things that are wrong.....I have a believe that falling into a sin doesn't mean you should become covered up with guilt all through your life and won't even have the slightest courage to speak against what you know is wrong because you are afraid that people would make reference to yours........
I believe once you've repented God blots it out then stretches His hand to pull you up......
Please just take it more easy with him and have a one on one conversation with him.
I think he will explain better to you because what is worth is where we spend our eternity, not whether a man of God falls or not, reviles or not.
Fast and Pray for this brother... He is a human being. I have heard him make reference to his fall. Some of his personal pain. What the main sin was is not my business. The words from mouth are from God. I'm sure he has repented between him and the Lord. As it should be. We do not know how this brother suffers. How he walks with the Lord in privet. He has done something no one else on earth had done. Gods Generals the History of this part of the church was left silent for years. All of the books he has written. What have you or I done for the Lord on such a level.
No one stands perfect before the Lord. We all need forgiveness and the Love of God. Pray for him and leave the rest to the Lord. Judgement and self-righteousness are also sins. We have to many examples in the Bible of imperfect broken people that God used in mighty ways. He is Gods man. Lets leave such things to God and pray for one another. Have a nice Day.
Build Up It seems that YOU are perpetuating the same misery ministry of pointing fingers and blaming, that the devil/his assigned principalities over regions and cities do/have done to the various revivals in central Florida. Did you not GET/understand the FOCUS of the message? He fully KNOWS and FULLY expects all of the charismatic/ Pentecostal church world KNOWS his story of human fallibility/failings... but he also is not ignorant of the redemptive nature of Jesus and getting BACK UP out of your mess and pressing on towards the prize. why write all those books? That is not of God. Read the Bible which the great generals read mostly. Too many books make you stupid. Read Bible mostly. Smith wigglesworth read only the Bible.

There are people in the Bible who wrote books, and not all of them became scripture. Paul didn't say just read the Bible (which in those days was just the Old Testament) don't read my letters. One prophet was told to write the vision down. Luke was writing an orderly account and he saw value in it even though he was not setting out to write inspired scripture. And why is hearing a preacher's message ok but not reading it?
