Hi Vansh, Yes you are right.. you can book only seats of Cabin in Punjab mail. For coupe you need an additional permission from the IRCTC dept only if you carry a pet with you. You can call on the IRCTC Customer care no. And book a coupe if you are traveling with a pet or else you will be allotted with a cabin seat only.

Hi Leela, Himgiri express (12331) and Archna express (12355) are 2 superfast trains which will take approx 12 hours to reach Ludhiana junction..if you board the train from Lucknow. You may book your 1Ac ticket from IRCTC Website or from any ticket booking websites such as Paytm , MakeMyTrip ..etc Wish you a safe journey!!

Hi Aakriti, You need to mention your preference as Coupe in the ticket. Also it is First Come - First Serve based after booking the ticket, call on the toll free customer care number given on IRCTC Application and request them for a coupe (High chances they will still give you a Cabin) as said in the video... coupe is specially booked for people with animals like dogs. Sure, Thank you for your feedback. I'll surely work on it. I would rate cleanliness 7/10 in First AC. Washrooms are western and Indian type both ..it does not have shower facility. Yes it is a good train to travel.. if you are planning a journey to visit Punjab, then i would recommend you to travel in Punjab mail express atleast once. Also you may order food from the IRCTC Rail food appbor other food delivery apps as the lunch and dinner (Thali) of pantry car is not worth purchasing. Thanks!
