It's cool, but not as cool as a defender for me. The issue with the G class is its price, its in the super luxury price point, and just isn't super luxurious. It's a good off roader, but no better than cars half its price. I love them, but also don't see the point in them. It's just not an 80k car.

And by the way, may I point out that they tested the G-Wagon off road, where it was designed to work well. On the other hand, they didn't even drive the phaeton all together to get a sense of the comfort and refinement.
G-Wagen is not just a V€HiCLE....it's entry ticket to a specific social class and citizen community who need image of ....wheeled castle....it's up to your purse and taste if you wanna belong to them....Park it next to sporty styled Genesis GV80 and you spot the crucial difference between fashion generations....

Thing is: The G-Class (at least this older, more "old school"-one) isn't an SUV. It's a proper off-road car that's been fiddled with for on-road use. I've driven old G-classes, back when nobody in their right mind would've wanted one to look posh. The interior was totally utilitarian - very similar to the Sprinter's ancestors that Mercedes built back then. But despite the tacked-on luxuries, you can still see and feel that history in this more current model. In that regard, the G was very similar to the Defender.
I think if you just press the red death lock the front wheels that were driving and the rear wheels from Wilson more power to the rear which will give the rear and more power to get out of that stick is dilation
it is the best off- road and the most stupid vehicle of all times, so many years they make it so ''glamourous'' and expensive that makes it useless. That vehicle makes me mad , every time i see one on the streets it is super clean with some rich ass driving it only in the city. why they dont make a cheap version like some military g -wagons for the off road enthusiast? To drive 80000 off road you have to wipe your tears with euros every time you hear a noise. So everyday the off road history is dying on tarmac by the hand of some rich barbie going for shopping

maybe but its success is a shining light in the motor industry. it still sells well,cause ive seen it on off-road tracks,in South Africa(trust me the courses you have there are for whimps compared to our terrain here)pull out Landrovers and the like out of the most impossible areas ive ever seen,only this and the Landcruisers have done this. ugly,is your opinion,not the worlds otherwise it would have been discontinued long ago already,and now in 2019 and beyond it will still be here.
