Sonando como una feroz Bulería con el compás ZAPATEADO del FLAMENCO de Andalucía, España, y el maestro de baile, pero esos trémolos son atípicos al sonido de la guitarra flamenca, ya que esta es una versión únicamente FILIPINA de la misma. Bravo Maestro y la Dama bailarina... OLE!!!!!!.
Sounding like a fiery Buleria with the ZAPATEADO compas of the FLAMENCO from Andalucia, Spain, and the dancing Maestro but those tremolos is atypical the sound of the Flamenco Guitar, as this is Uniquely Filipino version of it. Bravo Maestro and the Lady dancer... OLE!!!!!!.

¿"Jota" Manileña? ¿Una "jota" eso? En princípio la música sí que puede parecer una jota, pero lo que es el baile....parece más flamenco que otra cosa. En fín, mezclando las churras con las merinas.

Importa poco que sea jota o flamenco. Este baile llegó desde España, y eso es lo importante.

El baile original es en realidad una jota, específicamente una versión filipina. La guitarrista y bailaora hizo una versión con influencias flamencas, quizás por motivos de exploración artística.

During the first 5 seconds everything is surreal (You wonder what a beautiful philipnino woman is dancing a very elegant and slow Aragonese jota). Then you marvel at her Filipino grace, her romantic island grace and the Hispanic gallantry of this dancer, dressed in costumes as unique as they are pompous and beautiful, very vaguely reminiscent of the regional costumes of distant Spain; but she has an unmistakable typically Filipino elegance and grace.
