As soon as you showed the JQ buff originally, I started working on getting R2 JQ for this exact reason.
Mavis+JQ+Archibald+JJ=Mavis won't die.

I started using this comp cuz of this, it works so amazing. It counters Emma Heng Mavis teams really hard if they don't have a buff blocker somewhere. Also used this to auto some infinity tower
Feels almost like an oversight..which is pretty normal for the Dislyte team. Punish Evil gets only 50% the effect, but Intimidate has no limits while using the individual esper's HP... you need every debuff/buff in a single comp to win these days...
Ive been running a 200+ speed 100% accuracy long mian, liam, mavis, JQ and 3000+ attack archibald team and has been working quite well so far, sometimes i change JQ for my max stun adrina so she stuns after archibald dispells.
Another R2 on my list 😔 need to get him first though.
The meta tier list is now again become chaos with Jin Qiu's r2 :)

Everything needing resos is starting to piss me off I'm ngl. I came back not too long ago and I everytime I think a unit is good I'm hit with "needs reso 2" like ok
Yea some are R2 become Strong, some is R0 already strong ( Mavis , Archi ,Liam etc ) , so depends on the esper
It's really annoying, and this is coming from someone with r2 yun, embla, brew, ethan, etc etc. Any time I thought I could focus on a different esper to club wish, there's a new one added that works best at r2, and the grind begins again...

Tiger ,rawr 🤣 so if you want to counter Jin qiu Mavis comp you need buff blocker unit / buff steal unit / able to deal high DPS to break the shield and also deal dmg to mavis

It's not broken lol It LOOKS broken cuz he's got a pretty decent powered team against someone who's not decently powered. In this scenario, it actually evens the playing field a bit when it comes to pvp meta. Makes it so they can't just immediately wipe out your team.
He went through multiple ways this could be countered and even then you just need to have heavy hitters if nothing else like Gaius, Brewster, Sander, etc. None of the espers you listed are even close to broken lol
Yea i always use jin que with mavis to keep my team alive and nuke the enemy with leora and chu yao.
Also if you use nuxi will be very useful becuse she will reset mavis skill 😊

Any kind of tanky DPS unit, Archibald/ever/ donar / ginny / Anna / Elliot /cang ji etc etc
buff block is probably the main counter to JQ's shield but I doubt no one run debuff removal anyway

I just got r1 jing qiu, should I go for his r2 or other esper? (r1:Mavis, Gabrielle, Sally Mateo; initially planning on r2 embla though).
If I go for his r2, his potential teammate are Mavis, archibald, Jin yu yao, sally (other potential: gaius r2, Farrah, Liam, lian, Feng xun). What do you think should I start to grind the club sticker for him?? My highest point war tier is 14, I am afraid that Mavis still can be killed if their cleave team damage is very high or my team can not kill their team at the maximum turn.

Can't, because Jin qiu R2 have the effect of sharing his buff to his ally under certain conditions, so R2 is a must for Jin qiu

15 more ripples till I get JQ to r2 but I don't have mavis cause Thats when divinate came out so I hit max pity 4 times in a row so no mavis for me.

Raven going nuts. Ping me: lilith didn't realised about this interaction and they are gonna fix it like they did with the hyde+mavis interaction lol remember my words. Maybe they even change the shield efficiency at extra time so meta changes and becomes more aggro.

They never changed the interaction with Hyde, I think they were going to stop him from receiving Graveless, instead they just left it.

Can still counter easily by buff blocker ,buff steal , or DPS that can over pass the shield , is just gonna be annoying if you didn't bring those

yeah just tried to use this team in Infinity Tower 5. Its definitly not broken. Gaius destroys this and everybody has an R6 Gaius nowadays.

@@0jinx not only that. he also dispels all buffs and inflict buff blocker. Even though we got so many overtuned Espers in the last few months Gaius is still as disgusting as he has always been.
Yeah that's one thing I absolutely DESPISE about the online Dislyte community. EVERYTHING that's even slightly powerful is deemed "broken". There's one prominent content creator who calls EVERY unit "broken" when they release. Then not long after it's "haha just kidding - they're trash".

Personally I think the game is pretty well balanced right now. I still believe they should change more divinates to actually be beneficial instead of just "here everyone - have some more damage even if you're a support who isn't here for damage!" but otherwise it's pretty good.
