I really appreciate the tremendous effort you put into these films. They are absolutely gorgeous and provide a real inspiration to us as we begin searching for a sailboat.
This is my favorite place in Panama . One sailor I followed stayed there forever ever it seemed, and he's the best spear fisherman in the world ! Returning via the river would be my choice also. I was a commercial raft guide and have spent a ton of time in the rivers. Leaving the boat open, the only thing I'd worry about would be the rain. No-See-ums ! I've not seen anyone allergic to Lion fish.
As a full time live aboard in FL, Bahamas, Caribbean, I feel your pain regarding shoes. Also, if you can get some famotidine (Pepcid) it will help with the noseeum bites. It’s quite a bit milder than Benadryl.
Hi Mike and Taylor loved this week's episode the River trip was magnificent. I wished I could have been there with you guys. It's good to have friends to share the adventures but as life goes on we move on and make more new friends wherever we go I have just bought a boat 42 footer it is in Darwin Northern Territory Australia and I'm meeting some lovely people well I'm waiting for a weather window to head back home to North Queensland. Mike the backpacks did they get any water inside?? As you were heading down the river. Taylor we are all like you when we meet nice people it is hard to move on with such lovely people around us but you have those memories on camera unlike a lot of us you have those memories in our head yes we might have the photo or two but you've got it on video love watching your videos keep up the good work PS one day we might run into each other on the high seas.
