This is a warlord and Ramaphosa is bringing the war closer to home. He should not have played to the gallery. People like Kagame knows war and are not afraid of it. We are talking of a former guerrilla that assisted Museveni in Uganda to wrest power. We must think before we let this facial opening with a tongue to start making audible sounds.
