Honda could sell a metric ton of these in Canada and the USA as the majority of riders age out of fast, heavy, and expensive bikes and a huge demographic is looking for a smaller, more relaxed and economical backroad cruiser.

It is a full circle that Honda came out with a 350 to take on Royal Enfield. I am glad the 350 Classic is doing so well in sales. The "old guy" market in the States needs more of these great smaller bikes. Excellent video Warro on another great ride. The drone shots of those boulders was the best!

Here in Greece the '25 GB comes with 3 colors and costs 5150 Euros which is a killer price I think.
My current ride, a Yamaha XSR 125 costs 4650 euros for comparison and the RE Meteor 350 is 4890 and the Classic starts at 5290, so the Honda is pretty competitively priced.
The thing about Honda is the dealership offers the absolute best aftermarket service, they ain't skipping on customer support so you expect to pay a premium for their vehicles and this makes the price of the bike even more impressive.
I have to say Honda have found a way to put one on the competition with their pricing of late, specifically the Hornet 750 and now this.
For a year I was torn between the Eliminator 500 and the Yamaha R3 as my next and forever bike but, being honest with myself, I think the GB is going to fit my aging body the best, I'm 50 and started on bikes only two years ago, I have no longer an interest in speed, just cruising and chilling.
Not that the other two choices are crazy or anything like that it's just that I realistically only need the torque of the GB and nothing else that could get me in trouble.
Never met a bike on the street that looks better than my XSR 125 so far and whether I go with the Eliminator or the GB that's unlikely to change😄

Thanks Warro. Really appreciate you putting out this content in English. As an owner it’s hard to find info in Australia mate. Mine idles high also and I always start him up and waiting a few mins before taking it out of the garage. So it’s not just your bike.
I’m thinking of getting a nice custom exhaust made up here in Sydney, and a nice black crafted seat.
This bike isn’t ‘fast’ but not slow. It does exactly what it’s meant to do and it does it well.
With the high idle, when it’s warmed a little, give him a few gentle revs and the revs drop down to almost stalling then build back up.
My brother has a mt09 and when we go riding it’s fine

Small clarification regarding the service intervals. While the manual does specify a 12,000 km service interval for most items, it does call out that the oil should be replaced and the valve clearance should be checked every 6,000km.

HI Warro,I know what you mean by over inflated pricing, especially here in NZ . I guess it's all about depreciation. Pays ya money takes ya risks. End of the day its worth it..I do oil and filter on the bike myself around the 6 thousand K mark, cheap when you do it yourself and peace of mind. Like my diesel Nissan Terrano 4 wheel drive, change oil and filter twice year, been going 30 years now. I"M an old dog on along highway with hopefully with a few K left in me. nice vid. I would have thought the RE Hunter 350 is the more equivalent comparative bike myself as opposed to the RE Classic 350
Same stance and style, alloy rims etc . Seems to have more in common with Hunter i think personally. That said there are so many variants with RE now it’s hard to keep up with them all.
    Nice review all the same.

    • @ridewithwarro
      @ridewithwarro  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

thinking about it now your probably right, i had a hunter 350 too. in fact ive had 22 enfields to date...lol
but if i had chosen the hunter to compared....well bad bar vibration which classic doesnt have. stiff suspension which is crap which classic doesnt have and not a nice lean over to the bars which again is better on the classic
on a positive note the hunter performes better than a classic or gb350 - much more nimble to move around and better to ride in towm
reviews on the hunter are in my history.
ive now clocked 2500 klm on the gb350 added off road tyres and it runs dirt better than the classic and way better than the hunter
took that bike on dirt once it was rough running and that stock suspension would shakr ones guts out...lol
hunters a great ride. it reminded me a bit when i bought the ktm 390 duke except duke was way more powerful

Hello from Russia!)) I gonna buy one of those two : honda cb 350 or RE Classic 350 this month. For daily using in a town with 2-3 million people in it, right now using bajaj 150 boxer ( i am not sure if you heard about it ) Already was at the shop and have a sit on both. As i noticed Honda s fuel tank is more narrow and comfier to hold between legs, while RE have more wide fuel tank and you need to place your legs wider as well. I am not sure witch position will be comfier at a long rides - so if you can say something about your experience ( about it - will be great !~.
    Here in Russia they cost right now - Honda 630 000 -650 000 ( near 7000 US dollars ) rubles, classic 480 000- 520 000 roubles ( 5300 us dollars) ( 90 rouble ~ 1$). In Russia average salary is 50 000 roubles in a month.
It s interesting to know is it cheaper or pricier in Australia , if we take average salary, but why they are cost the same money - it s strange, honda is really better in all except style in my opinion.
Watched almost all your videos , it s really good when you can hear real owner feedback ( or opinion, how is better to say)) of then both. Most videos i saw from GB or India , saw may be 100+ of them. There just a few of real owners review what is useful. And suddenly youtube give me this gem channel from Australia ))
Thank for your work, and plkease contnue to do more videos , views are amazing.

both bikes come in at aud $8000 so here no real difference in price unless you go chrome and thats aud$8800
hard call which is the better bike. i feel the honda would be the more reliable unit but the enfield looks better. only my thoughts there but i do own both bikes.
in your case id go honda gb350 for peace of mind. they appear to run well and can sit on 60 mph or faster
what i would do if going honda is try and source out a 13t front sprocket from ebay as that alone really transforms the bike. reason for that honda has its power in first 4 gears and 5th is more an overdrive.
if you fit 13t front it can actually pull along better in 5th gear
comfort wise the enfield seat is fine but i actually pulled the seat cover off the GB350 and added a gel insert so now it too is good

Yes but the CB accessories don't fit the GB unfortunately, I wanted the higher seat but it doesn't fit and it's not available in the UK.

With such a high turnover of bikes, I guess you'll never get to do a "long term" review of any.

@ it’s four grand in the UK. Trust me that’s far from high in price for a brand new Honda. Unless I’m misunderstanding you.

@@TheOverlordOfProcrastination well is $8k here or $7800 and take into account is an indian made bike so i think its a bit overpriced for what it is.
ive had this bike for 12 months and dont believe what others tell you. the bike is shipped in parts from india to japan and then assembled there. if that never happened it would be a $6500 bike
if you'd like to look at todays clip i just put up . the vstrom 250 sx -that bike is $6500 here
its 27 hp and can do about 85 mph
i buy lots of new bikes. in fact 74 in total over past 12 years so i am on new bikes all the time.
i was out on that suzuki yesterday doing a planned run to put my gb350 honda against my classic 350 reborn. now some subs want to put the suzuki against them all...lol
this might surprise you but i think my new xmax 300 scooter beats them all.
