Hi Is it possible to bring more than one question in one screen while opening and filing the form in Android phone In my case , only one question is coming in one screen only. Is it possible to change it

Hello! I want to know how I can scan more than 10 QR code on the same question? Without having more that Ten question for single scan but I need a question that I can scan multiple QR code by adding them on the same Question?😢😢
