Thank you Jules for this week of combination 10 minutes workouts. It has been a wonderful way to take care of my knee as it progresses to heal without overdoing it and being able to add upper body strength movements. It’s been nice to see a new workout every morning again. It’s been takes me back to November, 2022 for your 25 Day building strength workouts when you took the year off work and had time to create them.
Thanks for your great feedback, Laura. With working F/T in my regular job, I created this 5 day series over two months. Even though they are only 10 minutes, planning, recording and editing takes time so I just worked on them when I could to be able to have them all released on one week.
