    That Superclone feature is remarkable. All of the feature additions to this unit are to Headrush's credit, but seems to me that one stands out. I'd love to hear the differences this introduces to the tones as compared to say a dual amp setup in the Fractal or Helix units where you assign a mix or blend to the expression pedal.

    Hi Leon, I bought this pedal in November of 2024, and it sure dose deliver.
    Great video, keep up the good work.

    I love it, it's like a digital unit war! Every company seems to be trying to out do each other, with either a new unit or refreshing updates every 6 months, as gear people WE win!

    Cool vid. That super clone feature is interesting. I wasn’t really interested in cloning before but this idea of super cloning has piqued my interest. Looks like an intuitive GUI also. Cool piece of gear 🤘

    Great video Leon. Wonder if there any solid Hiwatt amps cloned. Love the Headrush touchscreen. I love my Kemper for amps, but considering this for effects and the cloning is a plus.

    Hi Leon, in alternative of my beloved Fractal what do you think about this product, the Ampero ii, Nano Cortex or Tonex? I’m looking for an all in one solution with very good effects but mostly “feel like an amp”. In case i have only two very good amps to “capture”, mostly I want to use the factory presets or download a few from the web. Thanks for your job, I wish you a joyful 2025 🎉

      I've watched this video just of curiosity and I knew what I would hear, but still... It's almost OK stand alone, but in a band your guitar will disappear immediately...
      There is no alternative to Fractal... It's the best! This "Toy" looks and sounds like a Toy, same as every other modeler on the planet...

      @@andrianoangelov5051 I play the prime in my band since it came out, live and at practise. Great sounds, cuts perfectly through and every sound at hand (or better foot) with 8 effects or scenes on seperate switches. Perfect workhorse even for musicians with high expectations. I owned the kemper, i still own a JVM 410 a DR Z Maz and a lot of quality pedals. A lot of opportunity for live comparisons and out of my experience (not only you tube videos) i would recommend to check the Headrush out to everybody who is looking for serious stage gear. (Prime, Core, Flex).

    What if you do a super clone of the same amp/settings but for example: do one with one a T75 loaded cab and the other with a greenback loaded cab? Morphing between speakers?
    Also, what about doing a super clone of the same amp/settings but the only differences are EQ settings of the amp cloned? For example: A scooped setting and a mid boosted setting?
    Or, what if you did both of the above? A rhythm tone and a mid boosted lead tone? Like a T75 scooped tone to a mid boosted greenback lead tone???

    The Super Clone feature kinda reminds me of Digitech's old AudioDNA stuff (amp warping), its about time somebody picked up the mantle.
    EDIT: Leon, can you highlight the synth modules and touch on the Pitch algos? I believe there are many interested in these specifically. TIA!

      It sounds better once you use clones and IR's...but you have to put a bit of money aside to purchase these. Tonejunkie has a good pack...BoutiqueTones, Fremen and Sonic-DNA are also good sources.

    Just hoping that this doesn't signal that HR is abandoning the vocal processing touted on the Prime and Core. I bought the Core BECAUSE it was supposed to be a vocal processor...then they release a compact version with no vocal effects....while never addressing the issues that exist with the current vocal effects.

    • @LajosJunghaus
      @LajosJunghaus 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I‘ll go with the Ampero II Stage, which is better for live gigging with more footswitches. Only thing is you‘ll need an external pedal if you need one.

    • @krumple4skin548

      Pretty sure only the stomp has no expression pedal.

    • @LajosJunghaus
      @LajosJunghaus 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@krumple4skin548 The II Stage has no pedal, too. The new Ampero II (not Stage) has a pedal, but less footswitches. All of the Ampero II series now have "Tone Catch", which is the ability to capture amps and effects and load other "catches".

    • @algorithm007ify

      I'd go for this over Ampero... It's $400 (AUD) cheaper in Australia.

  • @jlbaxe
    @jlbaxe 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

    I know it’s not your playing… but it either sounds thin or muddy depending on what you are dialing in. The Helix had a Save feature for favorite pedals and amp settings. I’m sure the Fractal does. I feel you get a better "clone" feature by blending 2 amps and mixing them either digital helix/fractal etc or real amps. The tones remind me of the old Digitech GNX that lasted with me a couple months back in the day. I always thought the old L6 pod500 and 11 rack I had sounded like a blanket was over them. Line 6 did good with the Helix and Fractal was always on another level.
    Seems Headrush stepped backwards on this one. I’m not one to usually complain about products especially on your channel. I will go listen to andertons and a few other for more reference.

      its alright... after using Neural DSP stuff for the past few years, its definitely not as good as their transpose feature, but it gets the job done. It definitely lacks the clarity and articulation on the Headrush
