I also have a little tip: put some counterweight in the front lower hull, as most of the weight rests at the back (gearbox)! I put lead foil from the roofing sector in the back of my Panther G! thus the weight at the front has been balanced. 👈👍 And the ball bearing thing is correct if you later want to use a metal drive wheel and deflection pulley with metal chains, the weight then rests on the ball bearing and not on the gearbox itself. 👍💯 Sorry, I forgot something. On most new RC models you can also adjust the chain tension at the front of the Leopard 2A6. You just have to loosen a screw, turn the pulley forwards or backwards and then tighten the screw again by hand (helical teeth between tub and the holder of the tension roller) 😉😉
Hi! Yes the weight at the front is good, helps with the pivot point too, digs in less. Thanks for saying hi! And watching too kind! Have a great week. P.s the new heng long leopard has torsion bar suspension!
Hi! Thanks! Hopefully they last a bit longer, and then you still have the bearings for the replacement steel boxes when needed 🙂 Thanks so much for watching, means a lot! Have a great weekend!
