One great detail I see here that helps me is that, during the turn, the crossed-over foot turns on the heel of the foot first, then on the ball of the foot, whereas the support foot turns on the ball of the foot first, then on the heel:
Crossed-over foot = heel, then ball
Support foot = ball, then heel
This is the same pattern we see when turning 180° from descida básica to negativa moderna, which makes it easy to remember.

Um grande detalhe que vejo aqui que me ajuda é que, durante a virada, o pé cruzado gira primeiro no calcanhar do pé, depois na planta do pé, enquanto o pé de apoio gira primeiro na planta do pé , depois no calcanhar:
Pé cruzado = calcanhar, depois planta
Pé de apoio = planta, depois calcanhar
Este é o mesmo padrão que vemos ao girar 180° da descida básica para a negativa moderna, o que torna fácil de lembrar.
