Old but this could help some people, you can boost to enter the last tier of the farming guide at 82 farming with a garden pie so you can plant the last fruit tree at 82 farming. You can also use the hot air balloon after completing the enlightened journey quest to get right in front of the Taverly tree patch, the fastest way for me for me is to use the ring of dueling to castle wars and take hot air balloon from there. You can also store logs so you dont need to bring a log every time.
Used to play rs way back in the day and just started playing again on osrs. About to get members after getting stats to level 50. Just wanted to say your vids have been super helpful!
Absolutely fantastic video. Only one thing I would of liked to see is a run with everything below lvl 75 or so. This run would be the fastest possible doing trees and herbs/allotments at the same time in an efficient order
AsukaYen Congratulations dude, your videos are INSANELY GOOD! Soo crisp and full of great content explination. Hands down your the best OSRS guide uploader... Thank You!!!
Matt Prater my runs only consist of. 5 fruit trees. 1 calquat 1 Redwood when ready. 3 Mahogany when ready. And Hespori. Occasionally I do herbs when I get them as drops but I don’t play much so this run is best for me and I’m 94 right now as an update! If you got questions pm in game-Urmomisfat99
Nice in depth guide, but I would argue this is not really a lazy guide. It is way more simple just doing a single tree run once a night and you will have 99 farm in like 3-4 months. 6 palm, 1 calquat, and 1 celastrus tree. Just plant those once a night, easy 90k farm xp a day.
im about to hit 99 farming within the next month and ive barely spent any gold on it...other then buying the herb seeds but you still make profit off doing it. Doing calquat trees everyday, herb runs at least 3 times a day, doing mahogany trees when you can, same with spirit trees and the boss. Slow progress but more then anything ive gained massive profit doing it this way.
Same.. I'm 93 right now and I didn't start it that long ago. People are saying they lose profit getting to 99, but I don't get it. I've barely spent anything and have gained way more than I lost. Maybe perhaps it's cuz I got the farmers outfit and that 2.5% experience boost does make a difference at higher lvls. Or maybe it's cuz I get a majority of my seeds from slayer so I barely spend anything anyways. I also did quite a bit of tithe farming and use the farming guild since it came out, which neither was really talked about much here. They updated tithe farming not that long ago and it is a lot easier now than it was before when I did it. And the farming guild has a Demi-boss in the second tier that gives you about 13k worth of exp when you kill and harvest it. Same goes for the crystal tree in Priff. You get 13k exp and some crystal seeds from that tree. I get this is a "lazy guide" but doing it this way will result in you losing most of your bank if you don't make back any profit that you're putting into the skill. If you are a broke bitch, don't expect to get 99 farming unless you're doing tithe. Farming is not cheap. Higher leveled seeds, even saplings, are expensive as hell a majority of the time. Like as of right now, magic saplings are 142k each and there's no way you're making back how much you lost from that tree. I have about 5/6m just chilling in the seed vault in the farming guild because I refuse to use the expensive seeds unless for contracts.
@@ifiwsaflowridbearose yea my "lazy" guide would be rush trees until ranar and 68 for palms. Then do calquats and celastrus +mahogs and redwood when that's on the table. You wont get 99 in a week but hey it's cheap and passive. Pretty "lazy" one could say
@@IamMrSimQn Right? lol there are lazier ways to do farming.. Quite honestly I do my herbs, trees and special shit all in one run, usually twice a day if possible. I use my house for most of my teleports to get to patches. The only ones I can't get to, I take a boat (like to Brimhaven from Catherby) or use some form of teleportation like an elf crystal seed or the ectophial. At the level I am and using the method I do, I can say it's still pretty lazy if I can watch Netflix and do farming at the same time
Higher tier seeds is where I make bank. Will not spout the full method, but makes an easy 6-8 mil extra per day in about 30 min to 1 hour of play time if you have the available cash stack.
Paying for protection for Yew and Magic trees isn't at all worth it with the current prices of cactus spines and coconuts. It is frustrating when they occasionally die, but with ultra compost the chance is pretty low (>8%), and even with a few dead trees, the amount of money you save on protection is massive over time. For one normal tree run of magic trees you save about 30k per patch, which is 180k for the 6 patches, enough to buy 1.5 more magic saplings! The only reason to protect these trees is if you don't care about money at all and just want a guaranteed max xp rate. Another way to further reduce the chance of trees dying is to check on them in the middle of the growth cycle, which takes about 2 minutes with the appropriate teleports.
I only do herb runs but I mix in a birdhouse run with it. So I go to farm guild do that patch use spirit tree to house exit portal run north for hosidius run back to house use portal for trollheim telehousetab back use portal for Weiss use ectophile for canifis patch telehouse tab for harmony house portal then ardy cloak for farm patch then lum ring after that patch I run south to spirit tree back to house. house portal to catherby then put farm items away and bank for birdhouses and digsite pendent
Amazing guide, would have l8ved to see the prices to adjust it to my budget (not a big deal just a plus) wonna follow it since is really really good run plan, the trees tou... ima do them when i get seeds from slayerr x.d to expensive to use yews and up and lower, is to slow hehe. dunno if is worth still? And i remember a herb patch unlocked whit a quest related to some inmortal fire around the map(dont rememher the name rigth now)... or something should we add that to the run?
Harmony island requires some quests as does priffddinas. All of the other ones are pretty easily accessible. That’s why I left those out. They also add time to your runs.
i am a lazy fuck i just want the basics, this this and that, these lots at these levels. period this vid is 28minutes my man, i got lost after the first 5minutes
this is honestly a pretty terrible guide, the real way is to do herbs+fruit trees up to papayas+hardwood trees+ calquat. to find out what herbs to do go to the wiki and do a quick evaluation on if you want to upgrade to the higher exp ones or stick to ranarr snapdragon and torstol. Dont bother protecting anything you plant, always use ultracompost and if you have the magic level use ressurect crops to save your herbs when they die. add in whatever other cheap plants you can be bothered to do like snape grass and make sure you always do farming guild contracts except when it asks for expensive trees like magic trees then just downgrade the contract and move on. And finally make sure you do the tithe farm twice for the removal of all weed from all patches.
This is the lazy man guide not a thorough grind guide, although some of the info there is correct. He didn't mention the cake walk of Hespori or the Celastrus tree patch either.
I've never really farmed in rs before, not back in the day, and just started a few days ago. Awesome vid for newbies to it like me
As a returning player, this was probably the best guide I've seen! I watched 10 other videos none of which came close to this, keep it up!

I didn't know that the leprechaun can note your crops!! Thanks for the tip!
Your guides are the most thorough and planned out guides there are. And I've seen a lot of guides on YT. Thanks mate!
Used to play rs way back in the day and just started playing again on osrs. About to get members after getting stats to level 50. Just wanted to say your vids have been super helpful!
Thank you soooo much, this skill was so confusing to me...this helped a lot! I cannot believe I wasted my time watering cabbages...
The royal seed pod to gnome glider to white wolf mountain is also a quick/easy way to catherby fruit tree
I would just like to say thanks for putting all these out. They are super helpful.
Maxed last year but still love watching these guides lol
Absolutely fantastic video. Only one thing I would of liked to see is a run with everything below lvl 75 or so. This run would be the fastest possible doing trees and herbs/allotments at the same time in an efficient order
The Bottomless Bucket is, no shit, the greatest thing since sliced bread. I do not understand why everyone isn’t using one.
Unfortunately the bottomless bucket and ultracompost were not available for me when I got 99 :(
Secc-a-ders 😂
Good vid tho
I make torstols and make profit (overall) everytime and they give a LOT more xp. Great guide as usual bro.
Farming hurts my bank but the elite diary tho. Thanks for the guide man
AsukaYen Congratulations dude, your videos are INSANELY GOOD! Soo crisp and full of great content explination. Hands down your the best OSRS guide uploader... Thank You!!!
Currently 91! Don’t forget to do your daily runs, it only takes a few mins! Thanks for vid!
My daily farm run takes me nearly an hour... perhaps I need to make a change
Do you know the tick manipulation trick so you harvest x2 faster? That helps out a lot. Don't think it was mentioned in this guide.
Just spam click and you will figure it out.
These guides are great man thanks for making them!
Best guide I’ve ever seen, thank you so much
"Lazy man's farming guide"
Literally just explains farming
God I fucking hate this skill

very good guide man liked and subbed
Spend a lot of money on farming? Uhhh I got 99 farming in like 2.5-3 months and made over 100M.. here's a tip.. NO regular Trees..
Would be cool to see a run all the way through in the most efficient way. Allotments and trees. fastest route.
Jerrod Ravid: All circumstantial... no definite on what’s the “fastest route”.
toadflax are some of the best profit herb wise. def would do them over rannars anyday.
I'm 93 farming but I just do herb runs mostly the skill will basically finish itself as I do other things
Sec ate hers. 😂

Yea ive done about same as you. I wouldn't call this a "lazy" guide when it's all out on efficiency. It's a good guide but not lazy

There wouldn't happen to be a written guide with all this information, would there?
Hespori boss should be done everyday if you got seeds

Rake to 99.
fyi, trees become stupid expensive at higher levels.... Maple saplings/seeds are 40k+ each and Yew are 80k+ each
You can use balloon to Taverly too.
whats a good minimum amount of times to do allotment patches per day?
I used to do mine twice a day along with my tree runs. But if you’re trying to be better about it, anywhere between 5 and 7.
loving these guides. keep it up
farming may be expensive but the time it grow you can easily make that money back for the next run.
how long if just do tree runs and thats it?
Why would you not do the Regular Trees and Fruit Trees together. Some of the areas are right beside one another.
It is likely to mess up the growth cycle of the fruit trees.
farming is so ez once you get into the groove
Very true seems overwhelming at first
still have no idea how tf to train this skill lmao
great video!
Yoooo I like that shirt bro 👍🏽

That shirt looks too small for you, but you wore it anyway. Cool shirt tho

Seh-kuh-turz
Are u gardening with bugs or sheers. Like come on dude.
The Magic What? LOL
Send noodles
Trees only. Lol
How the hell is this lazy player farming lol
because you can either spend all day doing every patch in the game, or spend 20 to 30 minutes doing tree runs and a couple allotment runs a day.
@@AsukaYenOSRS I guess that's true what I call lazy is just doing my fruit trees once a day ;)
ah so just a regular herb run then :p lmfao "lazy player" my arse
