Jai Gurudev. Why is it always males who take questions and give answers? Now, I ask this because in some Vaishnav sects, women are said to be less intelligent and lower than men. So, before I get into Bhakta Marga any further, I would like to know if this is a belief in this community. I have been part of another community that it turned out was very fallen and ego based. Very chauvinistic, and racist. I don't want to make this mistake again, and I am glad I never got too close to that other Vaishnav sect. Another thing, in this previous section, women are always blamed for men falling. Like it's all Maya, and all women have Maya in them or something. And if you are brown skinned, it is even worse. I have been given harinam deeksha, and this was done thru a female guru. My beautiful Gurudev, Srimati Uma Didi. She is now in Maha samadhi as of last year. I really love a lot of Bhakta Marga, but I am not wet behind the ears like I use to be, and a lot was blown with what happened later on which there was so many red flags I didn't listen to. I have finished the devotee course btw. I already knew most of it, but some I forgot of course and or didn't know lol. Always good to stay humble. Please answer honestly, and without deflecting. Thank you.
Jai Gurudev, we have in total 16 Swaminis in Bhakti Marga, which is around half of the total. In this case, Swami Tulsidas is the Swami from the US as in this place and the other traveled there. There is nowhere the concept in Bhakti Marga that the Swaminis are inferior or less intelligent, as you mention being the case in other Vaishnava sects. Paramahamsa Vishwananda doesn't hold this concept. We have in fact, many more female members than male. But often, as everywhere else, philosophy is something where men are more inclined and interested so most of the lectures are being done by men. Swaminis are responsible for certain countries or ashrams are traveling and spreading the mission in the same way as the Swamis. You second point is about blaming woman for the fall of men. When a monk falls then it is often due to a woman. This is not the fault of the woman, but looking at the history of monkhood, often this was the case so this example is being used. It's the same as in marriages, if you are married your attention should be on your partner only, if it deviates then problems arise and the same for being a monk. The attention should be solely on God. And maya comes in many different ways so this is just one example. The same can be applied to money, fame, glory etc. I hope this clarifies a bit more, I wish you a wonderful journey.
