It's one game. I was just watching highlights of him against Argentina and he was tearing them apart, looked a completely different player. So highlights are hard to judge a player by. But in the last 4 years combine, he has had the most successful tackles and interceptions than any other midfielder in Europe
@KingJaffeJoffer99 I don't think he loses the ball much but yeah he has one of lowest stats for forward passes for a midfielder, preferring a sideways pass or back to his defense. I think he's going to have a tough time anyway with the expectation from fans. Someone told me just think of him as an upgraded Fred, which doesn't necessarily fill me with confidence 😅
