You have to add only 934 euros monthly 934*12= 11208euros. Also you can't get more than 934 euros monthly from blocked account. However you can add any amount of money to your current account

For that you have to contact your university. A block account only holds the amount mentioned by german authorities. For semester fees payment contact your private university.

No priyanshi, both of your payments are separate. When you initiate two payments, you'll get two different space to upload the payment proof of each respective payment.

According to the current currency rate 11417 euros amounts to ₹980000 + ₹10000(expatrio conversion rate)=990000. So yes it's less than 10lakhs as of today. But I want to give you a heads up that euro rate is continuously increasing which will directly increase your inr amount. So if you're planning to transfer in coming days do it today or tomorrow:-)

It's very informative I had question if I transfer money directly from my HDFC netbanking services to expatrio's provided bank a/c and attach the screenshot of transfer successful, would that be considered as proof of transfer? Since the whole of NEFT is to go paperless, or do I need to get some sort of document from my bank to act as proof of transfer?
Look, I'd suggest you to go to the bank and initiate the transfer using RTGS only. Rtgs money is instant transfer, you'll get the mail from expatrio in 10 minutes of transfer confirmation. Neft is slower than rtgs, it'll take minimum a day for transfer confirmation from expatrio. Also the transfer receipt stamped by bank officials is easily acceptable by expatrio. Best of luck with your payment.

I actually did the same. I completed the RTGS transaction in HDFC net banking and attached the transfer receipt page (which has the utr or reference number) as pdf. Expatrio accepted it and money got credited into their account in 1 day

Hi kartik, i have initiated one transaction on Expatrio. I uploaded my pan and passport copy. I have choosen me as option for making payment. Then i choose international bank transfer to make the payment. I have downloaded the 05 form and will go on to the bank tomorrow to transfer the payment and get the proof . I will upload it on the account tomorrow morning. But when I logged in again and tried to no initiate the second transfer, it is not giving me option to choose someone else, for making payment. It takes me to the payment method page after selecting the country of payment. Please advise asap. Thanks

I had choosen international bank transfer in Euros, and moved to next , so i was not asked this question, or got an option. Only when we select domestic international transfer A2 electronic payment method and move to next page it will ask who is making the payment and you can choose someone else!!! Ok?

Contacting them won't help, sunday is a holiday your money will be transferred to expatrio today for sure. If you still don't get a confirmation from expatrio don't worry, let the vfs person know this and submit transfer receipt instead of 06 confirmation for visa appointment. Embassy will contact you later through mail for the expatrio confirmation. Simple process!

No, going bank branch & then initiating the payment is a good option then doing it yourself from your app.

Of course you can use as many bank accounts as you want to transfer money.

Do Rtgs by visiting the bank branch. After transferring money ask the branch, stamped transfer slip of the RTGS. That's all.

In the option someone else it have been asked for passport of the father or any other member in my case my father is doing the payment and he don't have passport so what i should do to continue the payment??

Yeah same process as you did in first payment and while filling first a2 form. Remember to enter the second bank account number in the second a2 form.

No priyanshi, both of your payments are separate. When you initiate two payments, you'll get two different space to upload the payment proof of each respective payment.
Hii this is really an informative video thankyou. And i have a doubt how much money is involved in currency conversions since €11.417 is a huge amount. Does it charge more than 10 lakhs INR ?? Or you are done within 10 lakh please help me out.
According to the current currency rate 11417 euros amounts to ₹980000 + ₹10000(expatrio conversion rate)=990000. So yes it's less than 10lakhs as of today.
But I want to give you a heads up that euro rate is continuously increasing which will directly increase your inr amount. So if you're planning to transfer in coming days do it today or tomorrow:-)

It's very informative I had question if I transfer money directly from my HDFC netbanking services to expatrio's provided bank a/c and attach the screenshot of transfer successful, would that be considered as proof of transfer? Since the whole of NEFT is to go paperless, or do I need to get some sort of document from my bank to act as proof of transfer?
Look, I'd suggest you to go to the bank and initiate the transfer using RTGS only. Rtgs money is instant transfer, you'll get the mail from expatrio in 10 minutes of transfer confirmation. Neft is slower than rtgs, it'll take minimum a day for transfer confirmation from expatrio. Also the transfer receipt stamped by bank officials is easily acceptable by expatrio.

Ask the bank officials to write the UTR number of rtgs and stamp that receipt.

I actually did the same. I completed the RTGS transaction in HDFC net banking and attached the transfer receipt page (which has the utr or reference number) as pdf. Expatrio accepted it and money got credited into their account in 1 day

You can request for a refund from expatrio, just tell them the reason and contact their customer service
Hi kartik, i have initiated one transaction on Expatrio. I uploaded my pan and passport copy. I have choosen me as option for making payment. Then i choose international bank transfer to make the payment. I have downloaded the 05 form and will go on to the bank tomorrow to transfer the payment and get the proof . I will upload it on the account tomorrow morning. But when I logged in again and tried to no initiate the second transfer, it is not giving me option to choose someone else, for making payment. It takes me to the payment method page after selecting the country of payment. Please advise asap. Thanks

I had choosen international bank transfer in Euros, and moved to next , so i was not asked this question, or got an option. Only when we select domestic international transfer A2 electronic payment method and move to next page it will ask who is making the payment and you can choose someone else!!! Ok?

Contacting them won't help, sunday is a holiday your money will be transferred to expatrio today for sure. If you still don't get a confirmation from expatrio don't worry, let the vfs person know this and submit transfer receipt instead of 06 confirmation for visa appointment. Embassy will contact you later through mail for the expatrio confirmation. Simple process!
