I love Nadine, as I'm sure we all do. I understand, she does cut Jo off though... It's just us being honest here. No malice intended... I think it's because Nadine is so used to filming alone. Plus at times she needs to prompt Jo to talk about something... The two of them together, is fun though. I really enjoy watching these ladies film together... I'm sure as time goes on, they'll be a better balance between who's speaking... I thoroughly enjoyed today's video.. Even though I notice Jo not being able to finish her sentence... It's no real biggie, but being honest, it does happen.
'Oh, good for her. ' :-) Love it Jo. And, by the way, you're beautiful Jo. Cycles of spots tend to make it difficult to see that in ourselves. I do get that. But no one else is seeing that, your beauty shines thru.
Bare mineral og powder and concealers were the first base products I ever found that was pale enough and I could use without looking like a clown. I love it and though I’ve moved on to their liquids (complexion rescue) I still go back to the powder especially during the season changes. It’s so easy to use, lasts forever. Very much underrated. Fab video
Great video, love the chemistry between you and Jo, however, no tips at all for undereye puffiness and how to cover them? Tried the Wayne Goss method but it never lasts. Would love a video on covering undereye puff.
I tore off the sponge from my Maybelline Age Rewind concealer to keep it hygienic... then I take it on the back of my hand and use a brush to apply. You could do the same with the one you mentioned.
I used my Bare Minerals foundation for the first time in a long time yesterday. I used the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter underneath and the two looked amazing together. It was not flat or dull at all. And YAY for the return of Jo!!!
As a professional makeup artist from Toronto...I love that you Love Mineral Makeup!!!!!! I use it all the time on many TV Series...with 4K cameras you cannot see it! It is the best for men!!!! I love the Jane Iredale brand! You guys crack me up!
Once again a great video, very entertaining. I must admit i make a dash for the computer when i get a notification that the Beauty Hags are at it again! That Mac concealer looked fantastic. To be honest, Jo had that many on her face by the end that I couldnt honestly have said which was my favourite. Bet it was fun washing all that lot off. Have a great day girls xx
Y’all are hysterical together! I had to listen with earplugs because I don’t know if you know this but y’all have a slight accent!🤣 Seriously though I have been using Bare Minerals for over twenty years. Maybe 30! I am 62 years old. I am claustrophobic and liquid foundation makes me feel like I am smothering. Plus I have multiple contact allergies so preservatives and fragrance and thickeners(can you say beeswax?) make my choices slim. Keep up the great work you do. Yea for the Beauty Hags!
Hi girls, I like the It Cosmetics bye bye undereye illumination for under the eyes for the coverage, and then the glossier one dabbed on top for the finish x
Hi Nadine, I must be the other person loving the Bare Minerals..I actually always use it all over my face as I don't wear foundation, ever. If I was to add a highlighter to my routine ,do I do it before applying powder or after?
Love this whole video!!! Love the info, the banter, the laughter and the natural unaffected way the two of you interact. Please do not listen to the negativity and make these videos a regular. 💕💕💕
I was 45 last week and suffer with redness around my nose and slight discolouration around my mouth. I use bare minerals foundation around my mouth and nose together rid of it then I put my liquid foundation over it works a charm it lasts all day and doesn't lion cakey 😊
Question for Jo-Does the glossier stretch concealer break you out? I read it has coconut oil and I try to avoid that since that oil/wax has a high comedogenic rating. But people seem to love it so maybe the formula negates any of that? Thanks!
I love you two so much. I think you could use brush cleaner on click pens. Not sure about sponges, but you could do a little bit of cleaning on it. I agree on the cross contamination so true!
Pustulating lump! Now this would be a great way to address people we dislike LOL! Kidding aside, I love tartan and that shirt suits Jo so well. Thank you for the video girls, this made my day 😊
I’ve only used concealers for a year. I “clean” the applicator with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. I get the concealer off the applicator, then tissue off the applicator with the alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. Let it dry a bit. I’ll have to test that Mac one out. So far my favorite is the Sephora concealer. I now use it as my foundation because there’s a perfect color match and the texture works for my oily skin.
Love these hags! Question, I am over 60 and have oily to normal skin. I would love to use bare minerals but am concerned it will settle in lines. What do you think? Should I give it a go?
Have you tried the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealing Pot? From what I understood, it is supposed to have similar benefits as the tube, but in a thinner/lighter consistency, therefore being easier to use under the eyes.
I was about to buy the glossier concealer yesterday too haha but i have purple, green dark circles, and in their video that demonstrates the coverage, it looked very light!!
I LOVE the It Bye Bye Concealer!! I’m 61. It covers my genetic Eastern European dark circles. You do have to use the TINIEST amount. But my secret to it’s thickness is using a serum immediately prior. I’m using It’s Bye Bye serum right now but I imagine any serum or moisture might have the same effect.
I used to use Bare Minerals! It was fabulous. They had a product called 'Bisque' which was in a small pot and it was their concealer. They had a 'Summer bisque' for use in the summer months. I loved Bare Minerals; may go back to their mineral foundation after seeing this. BTW Bare Minerals do a serum concealer in liquid form too which I use.
I totally agree Nadine , I really hate sponges on make up products , do you remember when everyone used Elizabeth Arden flawless finish ? Boy did I see really dirty sponges then !! Great work ladies , funny as well . xx
Nadine, I love your channel and really appreciate your amazing content. Please be more sensitive about saying ''bad skin''. I have similar skin to Jo and I personally find it extremely off-putting and frankly insulting to hear my skin type referred to as 'bad skin'. Saying somebody has a bad spot or unclear skin feels okay for me, but ''bad skin'' feels like a huge insult. Just food for thought...
Oh,for goodness sakes!! I am 10+ minutes in and she has done nothing besides compliment her. Telling her she has no need for concealer and even went on to say she didn't need foundation at all...?? How in the world do you survive the world wide web if that is offensive to you ?😕🤦🏻♀️
Great video and so fun. Nadine, I will respectfully ask you to listen to your guest, don't interrupt and let her finish a complete sentence. You two make a fab team.
Nadine what would you recommend for puffiness/ eyebags under the eyes ? How do I conceal and treat? Concealer under the eyes just looks odd on the bags.
I checked out the hourglass veil at SpaceNK today, off the back of your recommendation. It is fabulous! Man, the texture was like natural skin, wore all day and didn’t dry out under my eyes, nor did it get greasy or shiny. A perfect consistency. Sheer, natural coverage. Didn’t feel like I had anything on my skin. (Totally agree about being grossed out by the applicator sponge - I’d definitely not put straight into my face. Will check out the Mac dropper as an alternative.......!) 🙏🏻
I'd keep a concealer, just for spots. May be a pot one. I use maybelline rewind but may treat myself to CT. On older skin, I like the gentleness of the sponge tip
Oh Nadine. I wish I had the same luck with mineral foundation as you do. But I am convinced it's because you have great skin already. When I've tried Bare Minerals original and matte foundation, not only is it ineffective at covering redness where I have perioral dermatitis, but it accentuates my pores! Honestly. I've tried the foundation on its own, over moisturiser, with a range of primers, and the Bare Minerals concealer. However, the broken capillaries around my nose continue to glow in the dark! I love the idea of wearing mineral makeup, but I just wished it worked on me. 😟
Please could you do a video on melasma as you've mentioned it a few times recently, I've had a patch appear this year and would like to know how to manage it.
Nadine!! U have just answered the reason for my recent sore dry red inflamed eyelids. Couldn’t work out what it was until now. I used a real old urban decay eyelid primer recently , my eyelids were so sore for few days. The sponge applicator was prob so and grubby and dirty !! Yuk.. gone in the bin now .
Aside from all of the previous comments, I would really like to see a comparison review of all of Charlotte's "concealer" products: Magic Away, The Retoucher, and The Miracle Eye Wand. I'm trying to figure out which one I want and just looking at the website is not helping. What is the targeted use for each thing?
I have very sensitive puffy eyes, with bags. I have been allergic (watery eyes) to almost every concealer, especially Charlotte Tilbury. I recently bought the Glossier, and it is going pretty well. Not perfect, but if I keep it closer to the orbital bone it is just fine. I wasn’t sure about the coconut oil, but it hasn’t broken me out and I think I can withstand it well. My undereyes are lighter than the rest of my face, so I bought the Medium which is only slightly darker than my fair concealers. So buy much darker than you think.
OMG just received an email notification and clicked straight away!! I was on your channel yesterday looking for a concealer video cause my under eye area have just become so dry (cause of winter I'm guessing). I wonder if you will film a video recommending concealers from coverage to moisturising ones? Also love your channel Nadine, great content as always!!
I adore this series; Jo's laugh is the best! Nadine, can't you just snip off the offending sponge/bristles and use the product then? I certainly do that with the maybelline age rewind when it inevitably gets grubby... love you both xx
I love the Max Factor Radient lift but hate the sponge so I get a clean eye cream /sample pot & cut the tube down & decant it all into a pot before it even goes through the sponge. Messy but worth it.
Hi girls, I absolutely love love love your videos. How do you feel about setting the concealer under the eye or "baking" which seems to be the in thing. I am 47 and it just makes things worse. Thanks x
I used IT bye bye undereyes years ago...sooooo heavy!!!! ( typically of the entire range) had to thin it with a serum, otherwise, it aged my eyes horribly ...fun video, great recommendations 😍
I do the same as Jo. Whether I use my Herborian BB Creme Nude or It Cosmetics CC Cream, I always follow it with Bare Minerals Well-Rested Eye Brightener powder, on my melasma and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation spots. I've used this combo for years and unfortunately, no liquid or pot concealer has come close to being as budge-proof or natural-looking. I say "unfortunately", because it is time-consuming, as you've got to really buff it in to make it truly skin-like. I may give one of the concealers mentioned for the eye area a go, though. Really enjoyed this. Thank you, ladies.
sadly the light is so strong and bright that your faces are almost white that the used concealer are almost inivisble. So for me there was no visible difference on your faces after testing the products. Oh one more sound suggestion: maybe to put something soft fabric on the table so there is less clackering from the products being put back on the table ;)
If I have a concealer with a sponge tip, I tend to dab the product on the back of my hand and then apply it to my face. If I have a product with a brush tip, I’ll just soak a bit of alcohol on a paper towel and clean the brush until nothing appears on the towel.
You can pull the Charlotte Tilbury sponge right out if you don't like it. It isn't glued in, and there is a little tube you can dispense the product through with each click.
Always look forward to seeing you both💗 with the sponge concealers that's why I don't like using the charlotte tilbury one hard to see how much your using and not hygienicx
Yes, yes, yes...I adore you two. I love when Jo joins the team. Best hacks ever!!!!
You guys should have a podcast! I love hearing you bounce off each other like this. Amazing!
Sorry Nadine but it would be great if you wouldn't interrupt Jo all the time , would be interesting to hear her proper opinion as well .
Annabel Completely agree... so irritating
Oh, ffs if it irritates you so much STOP WATCHING....!!!
You don't like don't watch & then don't comment - no one needs the negativity.
Well, it's feedback and a lot of people feel that way. Neither of the above commenters were rude.
I love Nadine, as I'm sure we all do. I understand, she does cut Jo off though... It's just us being honest here. No malice intended... I think it's because Nadine is so used to filming alone. I have the Charlotte Tilbury concealer....I pulled the sponge off and apply it to the back of my hand ...no problem
trudy moore I’ll second that, all the MUA’s I know have removed the sponge!
Thanks for the tip. I have this concealer as well.
I did the same. And it works lovely. AND I use less concealer now, because I can see how much come out and I need!
Would love a throw back video with Nadine showing us all a bare minerals tutorial!!!
yessssssssssss to that :)
You mean like this one?
th-cam.com/video/Bs_OKuMOOhY/w-d-xo.html
'Oh, good for her. ' :-) Love it Jo.
And, by the way, you're beautiful Jo. Cycles of spots tend to make it difficult to see that in ourselves. I do get that. But no one else is seeing that, your beauty shines thru.
oh i love u
Another great fun vid ladies.. love Jo's laugh she's so funny x

Bare Minerals is amazing. I suffer from psoriasis and this truly covers it and makes me confident when I’m having a flare!

Nadine, I like how you did your hair in this video. It makes you look younger. Also the make up looks fresh.

Nadine, the Nars pot concealer is an exception. I have wrinkled crepey eyes and dark circles and it is currently my holy grail.
Fantastic video, it’s almost as good as being there....lol. 😂. What’s the best concealer for puffy under eyes, and how best to apply. ? Xxx
I am a Bare Minerals fan. Also trying their Bare Pro Foundation which is lovely and great staying power. Useful video. Thanks.
Hi Nadine and jo I have just found a pot of bare minerals but it’s foundation ! I will try it again I forgot I had it ! Thanks ladies x
Love this whole video!!! Love the info, the banter, the laughter and the natural unaffected way the two of you interact. Please do not listen to the negativity and make these videos a regular. 💕💕💕
Great info and great fun! Thank you ..
Off shopping now for the holy grail of the perfect concealer .... xx
Love this! Jo has put everything on😄😄
I was 45 last week and suffer with redness around my nose and slight discolouration around my mouth. I use bare minerals foundation around my mouth and nose together rid of it then I put my liquid foundation over it works a charm it lasts all day and doesn't lion cakey 😊

I love u two together!!! Great chemistry!
Nadine, what would be a dupe for the Bobbi Brown Chocolate eyeshadow that you used in your makeup video?
I love you two so much. I think you could use brush cleaner on click pens. Not sure about sponges, but you could do a little bit of cleaning on it. I agree on the cross contamination so true!
Great video! Would you prefer the mac or hourglass on a dry undereye with darkness and a deep bag?
Pustulating lump! Now this would be a great way to address people we dislike LOL! Kidding aside, I love tartan and that shirt suits Jo so well. Thank you for the video girls, this made my day 😊
You guys are so great together in videos!
I will forever struggle to find the perfect concealer but I'm so happy there's more Beauty Hags!! Love the video as always!
Sending love from the USA. You two are the best. Great tips, advice, and always so much fun. xo

@Sarah Winter I cringed a bit when she said "bad skin" too and thought it could have been more sensitively stated.
Great video and so fun. Nadine, I will respectfully ask you to listen to your guest, don't interrupt and let her finish a complete sentence. You two make a fab team.
Nadine , please tell me what eyeshadow you have on , Thank you ! XX
So Nadine what you you recommend for puffy eyes ... I’ve tried the IT and found it ok but I could still see them 😞
Nadine what would you recommend for puffiness/ eyebags under the eyes ? How do I conceal and treat? Concealer under the eyes just looks odd on the bags.
How do I chose a shade? I always seem to buy the wrong one🤦🏼♀️

I've been thinking about Glossier's concealer....I think this sold me. I'll give it a try. I'm cheap, so I have been waffling about it.
I like Bare Minerals, but find they are either to pink or to yellow in foundation/concealer shades
I enjoyed another hags vid! Anyone know where Jo’s red plaid shirt is from?
I have very sensitive puffy eyes, with bags. I have been allergic (watery eyes) to almost every concealer, especially Charlotte Tilbury. I recently bought the Glossier, and it is going pretty well. I enjoy your chatty videos. I feel I am visiting with my gal pals. xoxo
Ha Ha loved this ladies,so so helpful, love to listen to you two together.....and you let her speak Nadine Yaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy 😂
Somehow so glad to know that Rosie is a lovely person! I love her, but sometimes you fear it might be a front. Amazing tips ladies, thank you!!!
Oh I do look forward to my favourite hags ❤
I adore this series; Jo's laugh is the best!
Nadine, can't you just snip off the offending sponge/bristles and use the product then?
I certainly do that with the maybelline age rewind when it inevitably gets grubby... love you both xx
Soo funny together xx Nadine your accent is more ‘street’ when you do these videos 🤣love it xx
I love the Max Factor Radient lift but hate the sponge so I get a clean eye cream /sample pot & cut the tube down & decant it all into a pot before it even goes through the sponge. Messy but worth it.
I need this, really. Thank you
The CT concealer is ment for everything blemishes as well. Look on her website
You can wash the brush and sponge tips on these with an antibacterial detergent and it’s fine. Funky smells gone!
Love you two together. More please?,
Oooh jo is feeling feisty today 😆
I do the same as Jo. Whether I use my Herborian BB Creme Nude or It Cosmetics CC Cream, I always follow it with Bare Minerals Well-Rested Eye Brightener powder, on my melasma and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation spots. I've used this combo for years and unfortunately, no liquid or pot concealer has come close to being as budge-proof or natural-looking. Ladies, what do you use to clean your brushes? I use fairy washing up liquid 🤔🤷🏻♀️ 💕
Little Nadine 😂😂Love Jo's laugh!
Ohhhh girls, do love your videos xxx
sadly the light is so strong and bright that your faces are almost white that the used concealer are almost inivisble. I loved this
If I have a concealer with a sponge tip, I tend to dab the product on the back of my hand and then apply it to my face. If I have a product with a brush tip, I’ll just soak a bit of alcohol on a paper towel and clean the brush until nothing appears on the towel.
Beauty hags club yayyyyyyy 😁😆❤❤❤ thanks for these awesome videos!
Love everything about your Chanel ❤️
Excellent info here, thanks you
I ripped that sponge off first, and you literally need just one click for both undereyes! No product goes to waste!
You girls are great
Curious about Bare Minerals - it contains metal oxides. Aren’t they not great?
You can pull the Charlotte Tilbury sponge right out if you don't like it. It isn't glued in, and there is a little tube you can dispense the product through with each click.
You can use an alcohol wipe to clean the sponge on the CT concealer. Just leave the cap off until it dries.
Can't you just use an antibacterial spray to kill the germs on the spronge ? Or would that interfere with the concealer formula?
You could just pick the sponge off of the charlotte tilbury one, the clicky thing still works if you want to use a brush instead.
Always look forward to seeing you both💗 with the sponge concealers that's why I don't like using the charlotte tilbury one hard to see how much your using and not hygienicx
Maybeline have that concealer with sponge
My favourite kind of hags💟
