    So I have to confess that I had watched this before but never put it into action. Now I have two projects (One work-related and another one is personal) to develop and I see how this tool is going to be so helpful. Thank you, Terry! Thank you again!

    Thinking: why - what - how; horizon of time (past-present-future)
    Methodology:
    assumption analysis,
    zig-zag logic: causal logic of pathway ( if get )
    Dimensions: time frame, logic frame, stakeholder frame
    Starting point: stakeholder frame

    nice quick intro to this topic, and appropriate given that it is a relatively simple concept, but with the potential for nuance as you dive down into the layers of a project

    Thanks Terry, however; I am confused when you replaced activities with inputs and outputs with outcomes. Now you still have purpose which is the same as outcome.

    • @bizleaders
      @bizleaders  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your interest. I define inputs as activities and resources. I prefer the term outcomes because it is more in line with systems thinking. There is little agreement about terms in strategic management. T
