I like to play TDS in any mode (solo, duo, trio, etc.). I just want people to help and not spam level 0 scout in good places and then not sell it
As a person who does trio , solo and duo often we just leave the match the moment they get in or the rare ocassion of us and a rando just joining is quite painful because they are one of the most annoying to deal with.

I can understand where these “toxic” players are coming from. Not everyone has a vip server, and they were probably don’t know about the free ones out there either. Maybe they wanted to speed run, try out a strat, etc. Having another player join you would make that much more difficult because of the cash decrease. I wouldn’t judge them too harshly on that.
Also the more people the less brains the group has.

I feel like it’s fair to be a bit toxic when you’re yelling “SOLO” and someone still decides to join, same for duos and trios. Maybe you just wanna try strategies with your friends and you can’t afford a vip server.

there is 3 reasons why solo is better on some occasions:
1. You gain more cash per round
2. You can place more towers
3. They can steal your spots and when you ask to delete them they say no
Let's be real, duo is the best.
1. People usually cooperate with you. ( in trio and quad, its harder )
2. You can spit the works by 2.
3. Noobs rarely join your elevator if only you are there.

I usually find it easier to play solo because wave bonus it better, and you can place more towers. Also most people can’t afford private servers.

John, some people don't have the money to buy robux and play private servers on TDS just to solo. Thats why we go into the pub servers, because we have no choice. If there is a way to play privately without going into pub servers, please tell me.

I dunno, some people just wanna solo, personally i like to solo because i can finish the game faster allowing for more effective grinding for golden crate.
However if noobs join me when i try to do a solo run i will help them as long as they listen to my advice and not do things that make the game more difficult for both of us.
For me, i solo because i just wanna gain more money to upgrade and place towers, but I'm most likely to duo because i need a person to defend early

To be honest I went toxic in random TDS servers to solo because the kids kept coming to me,I had to wait until Frost Update then I grind gems,which took me almost a year,while Public Servers kept spamming Mega,Cowboy and blah blah blah,I eventualy went toxic towards them,yes I know youre shaming on me,but I had to do at all cost.

the reason players play solo is because it is easier to play solo than with other players because then you have full control what is placed on the map and do not have to worry about scout spammers. The reason it is public lobby is because nobody can afford 100 robux because the only way to get robux in roblox these days is to pay reallife cash for it and i have been stuck on my 2 ever since ticket removal. No way in hell is it possible for a free to play to get robux without selling vip passes on a popular game they made.
