    In this video we are showing how we are making traditional recipe Daal Baati Churma in a very unique way with Fresh chakki atta instantly grinded in stone mill. Daal Bati Churma is a rich delicacy of Rajasthani cuisine . This is very famous dish of Rajasthan cuisine. This recipe has three main elements Daal, Bati and churma. Daal is a pulse and lentils soup, Bati is a basically coarsely ground wheat flour baked balls and churma is crushed Bati mixed with desi ghee and Sugar , dry fruits and nuts. Churma can be stored for a week and can be eaten any time .it is healthy delicious sweet snack.
