Hi No it dose not take that long to do the Battery upgrade, but I do suggest that you make sure you give the battery anough space to slide on and off , that's important, I replaced the plastic spacers I used in the video with a peace of solid wood treated before you fit it the bike, also I recommend you use hard resin, and counter bore for the self tapping screws, don't forget to clean paint from the top of the frame and ruff up the top with a file, so the resin sticks well to the top of frame and allow to dry fully, when fitting the Battery carriage use the same resin and self tapping screws into the wood, and allow to fully dry, please don't be in a rush when fitting this battery pack for your safety, please follow the way I wire the battery, and when finished fully charge the battery before your first ride, And don't forget to plug the charger into the battery first before plugging into mains, hope this helps 😊

Nice job, second idea with the wood definately looks more profesional, as if the bike came from the factory like it, and is more secure.

Got the Battery on EBAY, but check that the battery you buy has Samsung 18650 or LG don't use a no name brand, a recommended thing to do ok.
