Guys if you use splice then darken (40) it kinda gives that transparent effect, maybe for the watermark color use the color that fits your edit.

select your clip ---- go to video ----- basic ------ tick blend ------- then select overlay ------ then go to remove bg ----- click chroma key ----- use chroma key on the green background

I would reccomend taking a screenshot and making the greenscreen with ethe text into a photo rather than a video so it is easier to extend the photo to the entire length of the video rather than keep spamming duplicate for the water mark video loop
