AFAIK the Czechia's longest gap is on the D2 between the exits 25 and 41. 24 km is not very many. The Europe's record holders are definitely longer, eg. goo.gl/maps/oCN4nGdX67K2 , although one has to admit that the highways with toll booths are an another level. PS The D1 is my favourite without quotes near D48 or between D46 and D55. ;-)
I'm sorry, I forgot D2. But it's only 1 km longer than in D1 (exits 119-134). Due to the densely populated country, which is a Czech republic (sorry, I dislike name "Czechia"), they simply have to do more junctions. Where is the gap 34 km in Poland?

Wow, almost 24 km without any junction. We have in Czech republic max. 15 km, on your "favourite" D1 :D
