Not just hot but also with a very high humidity. In the dry desert it's enough to just sit in the shade, but if the humidity is high then the shade doesn't help at all.

Thie same city,Ahmedabad, is where I live and I have traveled the world so I know that it has some of the finest and modern public infrastructure, plus it is a home to a zillion self made businessmen and entrepreneurs, who are frankly super rich.
