@@feji88 thanks so much. I hope you find an apartment that is perfect for you. There are so many downtown. It’s difficult that you have to make 2.5 to 3x the rent but they are definitely nice with a lot of amenities. Good luck on the apartment hunt!

Wow Shaki these apartments are so nice, makes me want to move over there!! both the studio and one bedroom on the first one, loved it! especially the high ceilings! how much do they cost though? would be good to know!

Thanks so it’s weird the lady who gave me the tour of the first place was super nice but idk if the info she was giving me was accurate couldn’t reach her afterwards when I was deciding to move forward with a place but for the first two she said it would be around $1900-$2000/month which is a great deal in the Bay Area.. I guess they have a two months rent free deal if you do a 12 month lease and then you can also spread the discount thoughout your lease instead of taking the two months free making the rent so cheap so idk it seemed like a good deal but I couldn’t get a hold of the office after the fact 🤷🏽‍♀️
