@@automobilistamedia 205 is a bitch when it’s cold! She normally keeps stalling when she’s cold! Ahahah how’s yours in cold temperature? U use choke or u keep little revving her till she gets warm? Some people start car without choke even in cold weather cause sometimes car get used to choke & not starting at all without it! Some prefer keep her revved up till she idles! Only foot work without choke! U use it every time?
@@e_zen7598 My 205 was hell before the restoration of carburettor. I used a lot of choke to keep it operating, when the temperature is below 15 degrees. Above 20 degrees no choke was required. Now after the restoration I pull my choke every time I start the car. It was built to start with choke, so I use it, but I tried to start the car without choke a couople of times and it's just a longer way of doing things. Check out, I just posted my -10 degree cold start and the video of driving my 205 during the winter. After 5 to 10 minutes it operates perfectly.
@@automobilistamedia saw them! & nice drive! You should try a cold start without choke or with minimum choke for your next video! Would be very interesting to see how the 205 behaves now after restoration of carburetor! Would be interesting to see how long does it take to stay running/idle after a cold start with no choke or with a minimum choke!
@@e_zen7598 I am pretty sure I would need to keep my foot on the throttle and that it would need a lot of revving afterward. It is nearly impossible at winter temperatures (around 0 degrees C), but I will make sure I record that video with warmer weather. :)

She dies on you many times! She was super cold!
Yeah, she was, but above all, the carburettor was not restored at this point. Combustion got a lot better after the restoration. :)
