Love this. I’ve been thinking about getting a bmw gs 850 adventure. I currently ride a Harley Davidson sportster 883. I live in the USA. I’ve been enjoying this series tons. It’s nice to see what that bike can really do, and do it really well!!! Thanks for the video. Keep them coming.
Thanks so much! I’m glad it was useful for you. It’s my first big(ish) bike and I’m in love with it. It handles anything I have attempted so far although I’m a skilled off roader. Lots more ideas in works for this year!
Just bought exactly the same bike and am looking fwd to similar adventures! Did UK to Italy last year on the R1250, looking for something a bit more spicy this year. Any thought on how well it looked after you?!
You won’t go wrong with one. It didn’t let me down on that trip. I’m planning on getting better at the off road and slimming down the set up to allow more trail riding. Lots of items that I didn’t use that trip. Will be getting to the 50,000km mark soon enough so planning on making as detailed a review of it as I can with running costs etc.
All the speeded-up parts make me dizzy. Wouldve loved to watch the twisties on a rough road at the start, but it wasnt kind on the eyes. My apologies, sir…
Yeah, hard to please all I guess. I didn’t expect the videos to tuen into a series at all. Filmed it on the off chance I would be able to make something with them. All a learning curve 😃
