- This female red-billed hornbill is enclosed inside her self-made prison, incubating her clutch of eggs. Meanwhile she is totally dependent on her mate to feed her, bringing up to 20 large insects every day.
25 days later the babies hatch. Having been cooped up for over 2 months the lack of space and constant quarrelling is getting to much for the mother and so squeezes out of her self-made prison. Leaving our Robo Spy Chick with the babies who take Spy Chick under their wing.

So this is why we never see Zazu’s partner in the Lion King. She’s locked up in a tree somewhere!
Haha 😂
Best comment on this video 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Imagine the dad comes in just as the mom turns around to relieve herself.
"Ow God my eye! Dammit Laura we talked about this! Warn me before you let one fly like that! That's the third time this week and it's only Tuesday!"
That's exactly what I thought! She didn't even check to see if her husband was coming.
What about the kids
they are gonna get grounded i think
Wasn't expecting the hatching spy! That's a really cool way of getting into the nest without disrupting it!
Put a bomb in it
They even given that a food!
I want a behind-the-scenes how it's made for your animatronics
What comes in must come out 😩
Same here
gl then.
None should wanna reveal their secrets.
Those pooping sounds were something else lmao
This bird is more hygienic than people living in our hostel floor.
This is getting way too sophisticated. I can't imagine what you are going to come up with next. This is some Westworld level sh**. I love it
They gonna sneak a spy embryo into some woman and film the birth process from the inside out
@@hakrj12 damn XD

if this was a show on netflix, I would literally binge all these videos :p
It's available to buy on DVD, Blu-ray or Amazon Prime on their website depending on which country you are in: amzn.to/3scZIrH

If this show was on NF he wouldn't be able to say "male".

wow the chicks are so smart - sealing up the entrance after their mom leaves!
It's called instinct. It's in the DNA. everybody has it.
@@rodneywoods9299 Yes I once locked my mom in the bathroom
@@EveKreatorr yeah but mine starved too death.
@@rodneywoods9299 yeaaaaaa riteeee they magically knew they have the ability to do that rite??
And every other chick in every other tree magically without ever seeing their mom did it somehow learnt it from no where?
Riteeeeeeeeeeeeee yeaaassss okkkkkkkkkk
Always trying to take the programming mastery of the creator and just randomly attribute it to random dna being passed onnn....yeaaaa ok
@@objectivereasoner1287 You are joking right? Nobody could be stupid enough to think that instinct and DNA are magic. 🤣🤣🤣

Last video: " spy bear and spy eagle"
Me: man he's got a spy of every type of animal.. at this point nothing can surprise me.
Spy guy: " spy egg hatches into spy bird"
Me: 👀
Imagine looking through a hole in a tree and some bird shit on your face 😂😂
I was sooo not expecting that poo out the butt! But I'm impressed....she kept the nest clean.
A bird shitting wasn’t what I thought I’d see today
2:56 I feel bad for that bug. He gets fed to SpyChick, is freed by him, then the real chick comes in an annihilates him!

The spy bird - 100% sneak
The man taking close up shots of the spy bird - Amateur
I'm like "how are they even making these!?"
Omg, I'm always so impressed seeing these spy animals, it's so amazing.
Spy egg hatches into Spy chick.
They have a Spy for every animal
I am waiting for the video where spy human orders a McChicken from McDonalds.
This gave me flashbacks to when the spy turtle laid tiny cameras.

So I’m not sure what this says about me, but the most fascinating part was how she goes potty and keeps the nest tidy. I mean... come on... that’s pretty amazing. 👏🏻
I'm not sure if your country has a similar saying but in Russian language there is "even a bird doesn't poop in their own nest".
@@voloshanca ours is "don't shit where you eat"
it's amazin but pretty much any bird will do the same :)
0:44 that was unexpected lol
This is so binge-worthy omgggg! cant believe im just finding it now ! xx

You guys do an incredible job
Thank you! That's very kind.
How adorable the babies are!!!!!!
Amazing footage!
Agreed
The size of those insects is amazing, I'm not one to usually hate them or anything. But WOW! The size!!
I can’t imagine being locked in a tiny hole, not only having to squeeze your bum out for your own use, but them the kids. I can also understand why after a while she be like… “man I need a break before you kids drive me bonkers, I’m going out for a smoke”…lol
momma bird is just like every parent during 2020's lockdown
i like it at 2:56 where spy-chick shares the food with others
Ffs John, a little warning at 0:43 would have been nice. In my head, "Nest Hygiene" did not translate to the squirts 🤮
You know the engineer who added the squirting sound was laughing their ass off

Very entertaining & educational footage. David Tennant (narrator) what makes this video so thrilling. My admiration. Youssif Jassim
breathtaking footage
Baby Bird grows up to tell others how he grew up with the kindest brother that never grew up 😂
I always say this... You are so underrated for all the work you do. Designing a robot for each animal ???????

These vids are amazing, I really wish they were longer tho
The individuals that we share this floating oasis are amazing😧😍
not the kind of behind-the-scenes we want but the one we deserve
I love these videos
Absolutely amazing, could watch this all day...I grew watching wildlife videos but the shots and angles you are able to get with your spybots have given the viewer access to footage that would be impossible to observe with a traditional camera crew...Keep up the great work.
I’m waiting patiently for the “Robospy human” episode. When it arrives, I predict 1 billion views. And a change in how we view our fellow species members.
0:43 best part.

If someone had told her there was a spy bird aboard, she could have gotten less bugs. 😂🤣😂🤣 🐛 🐜 🪱
Amazing as always! Thanks :)
The spy egg is sunny side up!!!!!
That spy chick is really detailed!!!!!!
love it thank you
You're welcome
I wondered if anyone was going to do this!
Though, I'm a bit confused about one thing: I've read that the mother looses all her feathers when she's in her nesting hole but it looks to me like she has plenty of feathers. Did those books mean that she looses all her flight feathers? I was picturing a bird in a nest with no feathers at all.
So you're right. The mother does moult when in the nesting hole. However, the feathers eventually grow back at which point, at the right time, she is able to leave the nest hole.
@@JohnDownerProd Okay. Thank you for clarifying!
Look so good
0:01 monke moment
how the heck did a species evolve where the kids need a tenth of their body weight in bugs every 10 minutes? it's a christmas miracle
who just binge watch these because they are bored then non stops watching them
the family never knew they got west worlded
laugh now until it happens to us 😅
